Cleanliness, comfortable bed
Small room
Superb staff, clean room, nice bathroom with japanese style toilet. The TV has ability to play Youtube which was rare in our trip to Taiwan.
Wifi needs improvement, the TV's smart feature is very slow and it sometimes stopped working while playing youtube videos
The staff was super helpful and friendly, we stayed two times at this hotel and it was nice for them to recognize us when we returned - made us feel very welcomed.
There is a wash & dry washing machine that is free to use and they also provide washing detergent - very useful if you are traveling for longer.
The Wifi wasn't that good - only one of us had a stable connection in our room.
The shower water pressure isn't the best but we managed ok.
The shopping area nearby is very good and convenient! The room is very clean and comfortable.
