Great hotel in super central location
Pros:

The location is in the center of everything. That does mean a lot of activity—we saw parades, a festival, university graduation celebrations and a huge outdoor religious gathering within a few days. Our room (#15) was spotless and cleaned daily. Views of the famous basilica and surrounding area were fabulous. The church bells do ring occasionally, especially on Sunday. We loved them. AC worked great; plenty of hot water; staff very friendly; elevator to our third floor room was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again. Any celebratory music or noise ended by 11 pm or so. Buffet breakfast in a nearby historic hotel was very good, with options for a plant based diet and much more.

Pros:

Estuvo económico y en buen lugar, céntrico, las tiendas super cerca y la vista de los balcones excelente, sí cuentan con aire acondicionado en cada habitación y ventiladores, la limpieza muy bien y baños completos. En cuanto al ruido, no se escucha mucho, descansas a gusto y como dato, es bueno poner alarma para despertar porque no se siente el tiempo de la noche y el descanso. Saludos y gracias por esta grata experiencia.

Hotel limpio. Sin ruido. Muy céntrico. Habitación amplia. Hay máquinas de agua que puedes utilizar gratis.

Cons:

El desayuno. Hay que ir a otro hotel, no hay problema porque está muy cerca, pero no nos gustó, poca variedad.

Picture perfect stay
Pros:

Excellent location right off the plaza de Paz. I had a room on the top floor with 180 degree magnificent views. Room was comfortable and charming. Breakfast was across the street and had a lot of options. It has an elevator, which I needed after climbing the Guanajuato hills!
