Ruidos nocturnos en pasillos y desayunos tardíos sin atención para madrugadores

Cons:

Necesita reforma, especialmente el baño. Pero lo peor fue que el desayuno era de 8-11. Nosotros debíamos dejar el hotel a las 7, pedimos si nos podían dejar preparado algo como fruta o bien otra comida sin elaborar. Inicialmente nos dijeron que hablarían con cocina, porque el turno empezaba a las 7 a trabajar. Luego nos lo negaron porque dijeron que empezaban a las 8 y no era posible . Por tanto, ninguna consideración para los hospedados. Nada flexibles al respecto.
Además, a lo largo la noche nos despertaron tres grupos de personas que entraron a diferentes habitaciones a voz en grito y carcajadas. A las 2, a las 3 y la última vez, a las cuatro de la madrugada. En las tres ocasiones la situación se alargó y las voces y risas en los pasillos duraron al menos 10 minutos. Al dejar el hotel lo comunicamos al portero del turno de noche. Reconoció los hechos y dijo que había reconvenido al grupo. Pero lo dudo, porque las voces y risas se extendieron un buen rato. Comunicamos estas quejas a la dirección del hotel a través su aplicación de quejas y sugerencias, creada al efecto. No hemos tenido ninguna disculpa en una semana.

La ubicación es excelente porque todo queda muy cerca. El desayuno es casi siempre lo mismo pero al menos en nuestro caso cumplio nuestras expectativas ya que ibamos a tomar algunos tours y las chicas que atienen son muy amables. En general la gente es muy amable en Guanajuato. La habitación elegi una que queda en medio de las habitaciones que son de balcon no por coda, pero preferimos algo asi por el ruido y nos fue bastante bien. Buscabamos un hotel con aire acondicionado, y el Hotel La Paz cumplia con eso.

Cons:

Las almohadas de la habitación son lo único que podría decir que no me gusto. Hubo un detalle con las puertas del hotel, se desconfiguraron en los días que estuvimos ahí, por lo que el personal de recepción tenia que abrirnos la puerta, pero muy amables en todo momento.

The location was convenient for us. The outdoor noise is disturbing at first, but after the first night it didn't bother us as much as we were exhausted from all day activities.

A localização é excepcional, bem perto da igreja e da universidade. Têm água gratis disponível no hotel, o café da manhã é bom (disponível com voucher num hotel próximo)

Cons:

Fomos de carro e é muito dificil encontrar local pra estacionar perto. Tive que deixar o carro num estacionamento próximo, que cobrava muito caro. O hotel poderia ter um convênio para ajudar a reduzir os custos.
