Please note that from September 01, 2020 the property will organize extra swimwear days at Zuiver. From this date there will be special swimwear days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Swimwear is mandatory on these days.
Please note that a bathrobe, towels and slippers are mandatory in the spa. Guests have the possibility to bring their own, or rent them on site against a surcharge.

Location was great
There is no low-fat, high-protein food for breakfast. It was difficult to find something to eat for people on a healthy diet. There are no tissues in the room. It is very difficult to get an invoice for the stay. We had problems getting an invoice last year and this year, so nothing has improved.
Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr stilvoll und zum Wohlfühlen gestaltet. modern und in gutem Zustand. Das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich und immer verfügbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Auswahl und Qualität sehr gut. Schön ist, dass auch Humor verstanden und eingesetzt wird. Im Wellnessbereich ist absolutes Handyverbot - das ist gut. Was vielleicht einige irritieren könnte: Nicht nur die Sauna, sondern die gesamte Analge ist ein Nachtbereich (auch die Pools) - ausgenommen an 3 Tagen in der Woche.
Wie in fast allen Hotels gibt es den Hinweis, dass nur Handtücher, die auf den Boden gelegt werden, getauscht werden, und obwohl ich dieses Schild als extra Hinweis auf das auf dem Waschtisch liegende Handtuch gelegt habe, wurde es täglich getauscht. Aber das ist leider in fast jedem Hotel so. Die Klimaanlage wurde täglich wieder auf unangenehm kalte 20° gestellt. Beides sind jedoch Kleinigkeiten, der Aufenthalt im Gesamten war hervorragend.

Would have been nice if the room came with a bathrobe and slippers.
Cleaning service only changed the towels, didn't make up the bed or refilled coffee etc.

Have the 2nd restaurant open for dinner; having to go through the spa and change into a bathrobe to eat dinner is ridiculously silly.
O pequeno almoço era muito bom e com muita escolha, o hotel em si era muito bonito e agradável.
Foi uma pena que, durante um dos três dias da nossa estadia, o spa estivesse reservado exclusivamente para utilização sem roupa. Consideramos esta uma política pouco habitual para um hotel e que limita significativamente a possibilidade de usufruir deste espaço. Sugerimos que o hotel reconsidere esta prática ou avalie a possibilidade de a excluir, permitindo que todos os hóspedes possam desfrutar do spa durante toda a sua estadia.

Le spa était incroyable et la majorité du personnel s’est montrée accueillante, patiente et bienveillante.
J’ai été déçue par certains éléments du rapport qualité-prix (petit-déjeuner assez basique, vue sur le parking et certaines règles du spa peu mises en évidence lors de la réservation). Mais surtout, j’ai été très mal à l’aise face à l’attitude d’une hôtesse et d’un agent de sécurité, qui ont semblé se moquer de mon accent et de mes difficultés en anglais. Une attitude que je trouve regrettable dans un établissement accueillant une clientèle internationale.
L'albergo è moderno, dotato di una bellissima spa con ristorante annesso dove potete mangiare in accappatoio e capelli umidi. Camere confortevoli, spaziose, letto molto comodo con due cuscini a disposizione per ciascuno. A disposizione bollitore e macchinetta del caffè nespresso con cialde!!!. Colazione buona con uova, salmone e pancake preparati all'istante. La zona è fuori dal centro, quindi non ci sono turisti ma gente del posto e onestamente mi è piaciuto molto. L'albergo dispone inoltre di campi da tennis, paddle e palestra. Per arrivare in centro ci vogliono circa venti minuti fra bus e metro.
Sarebbe fantastico avere anche il frigo in camera.
