Please note that a bathrobe, towels and slippers are mandatory in the spa. Guests have the possibility to bring their own, or rent them on site against a surcharge.

Dejligt og roligt hotel med spa afdeling i top klasse
Vores værelse var desværre ikke helt rent da vi tjekkede ind. Der var blod på sengelinned og en lampe der ikke virkede men det blev fikset efter tre gange ned i receptionen.

Parking that you have to pay as a guest even you pay like 200€ per night and parking is really big and enough.
There was no fridge in the room.

Misleading info regards sauna&spa ..9.30pm I was asking if I pay tonight then I was told that spa is for a whole day until 10 pm.Then I asked about clear directions how to get to Amsterdam cental and I was adviced that I can purchase bus ticket despite I told stuff anout possesion of travrlcard.Overall service should be better for money paid....overall okey ...seems lije Dutch threating own kind bettet then foreneighs

The spa itself was absolutely exceptional beautifully designed, relaxing, and clearly created to provide a luxurious wellness experience. Every aspect of the spa made it easy to unwind, and it was the highlight of my visit.
the hotel staff couldn’t answer even basic questions about the spa. There was a disconnect between the hotel and the spa . The room also fell short of expectations. The sheets were torn, and the overall cleanliness could have been better. When I asked about food options, I was simply told to order Uber Eats, which was disappointing for a wellness hotel. I recommend staying elsewhere and just use the SPA.
