Fijne tijd en goede zorg.
Pros:

De kamer met het uitzicht op het park. De rust en goede belichting, inloopdouche en ruimte voor bagage en extra groot bed met goede fijne allergie vrije kussens.
Ook het ontbijt was goed en g noeg keuze.

Cons:

In de badkam r waren op sommige plekken bij de voegen schimmel te zien en op de muren in de kamer wat "vetvlekken naast de spiegel. De glazen in de badkamer op de wastafel waren niet helemaal schoon

Pros:

room was a little small,but shower was very good.
breakfast was a good combination with fresh eggs dishes being cooked.

Cons:

no lounge area or bar to relax & have a few drinks with family,but their was a resturant in the spa part of the hotel,but were only allowed if you paid for SPA.we were let through as long as we changed into bath robes,as to blend in with all the naked
spa guests,felt unconfortable & not for our daughters.
booked this in december as advert said had swimming pool,which we would have used,but you sent e-mail saying the pool
would be closed for repairs ect & offered a poor compensation of 25 euro of spa session,

Voor rondom Amsterdam handige mooie plek.
Pros:

Marie Stella Maris douche shampoo / conditioner en body wash. Heerlijk! Zalige regendouche ook.

Cons:

Niet super schoon qua tegelwerk in de douche, en donker.

Fijn verblijf, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Ik vond de rustgevende omgeving heel fijn. Je hoort niks als je op de kamer bent. Het is een ruime grote kamer met alle faciliteiten.

Cons:

Personeel bij de receptie is echt ontzettend onaardig. Je wordt amper gegroet en als je een vraag komt stellen, dan krijg je van die rare arrogante blikken alsof het hotel van hen is.
Daarnaast heb ik de receptie meerdere keren geprobeerd te bellen vanuit mijn kamer, er werd niet opgenomen of gereageerd via whatsapp op de berichten.
Het is betaald parkeren en echt ontzettend duur vind ik. Een hotel zou gewoon gratis parkeerplek moeten aanbieden aan haar gasten.
Er is geen roomservice.

Cons:

El hotel promociona un spa, pero las piscinas están cerradas y lo ponen en las letras pequeñas. A parte, el spa no está incluido y luego hacen una rebaja por esto, pero solo puedes estar en saunas e instalaciones de complementos, nada de piscina y jacuzzi. ¿Cuánto tiempo te puedes quedar ahí? Para mí lo importante serían las piscinas.
Luego cobran a parte una cantidad proporcional mucho más alta de lo que debería ser. El personal no tiene culpa, pero tampoco te da solución; están entrenados para vender sin escrúpulos. No deberían promocionar algo que no tienen y el servicio de spa debería ser a parte y no mencionarlo en la reserva antes de hacerla. Gracias

The staff were very friendly and helpful with some changes we made to room.
Saunas and other facilities good. Food in hotel very nice.
