Pros:

Staff was super accommodating and nice upon our arrivals and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was the best! So many options with food that truly represents Colombia. I would recommend this to friends/family!

Pros:

The hotel is relatively well maintained, but there are signs of aging. The beachfront is public and therefore unusable. Danger, permanent annoying vendors make a beachstay impossible. Even the police came to warn us. Service at the restaurants quite slow, except breakfast where the coffee guy was superb. Not a full Radisson experience, but ok for a stay in Cartagena.

Pros:

We have stayed here many times. It is very clean and staff are very friendly. Especially Nixon and Jorge serving breakfast. Nice beach not too crowded.

Loved this hotel! Very spacious and the staff is very friendly. The buffet style breakfast had so many options and very tasty. Location is really close to the airport. I would recommend to stay here.
