I liked very much the location. Pretty close to the airport and the beach was not so crowded as other beaches in Cartagena. Very close to a groceries store.

I would stay here again for a quick trip to the city or just to rest.

Cons:

The meals for lunch and dinner were very tasty but I felt the prices a bit high, which could compensate with the portions, but I would have preferred more measured portions for a fair price.

Disfrutamos mucho de la habitacion, excelente confort en la cama y excelente ducha, que para mi son esenciales.

Cons:

Solo tenemos un punto por recomendar y es la temperatura del restaurante, excesivamente frio y eso no permite estar comodo en el lugar, los 3 dias tuvimos que salir a la terraza, lo cual tampoco es comodo por las palomas y los moscos. Por favor manejar una temperatura que sea agradable.

Pros:

El personal atiende bien. La carta del restaurante del hotel tiene muchas opciones y todas son de muy buen sabor y presentación. Siempre hay vehículos disponibles afuera del hotel para ir al lugar deseado.

Cons:

A las habitaciones y a algunas zonas exteriores les falta mantenimiento (Vimos manijas dañadas, cortinas manchadas, luces que no encendían, sillas exteriores en mal estado). Por otro lado, el aseo es muy normal, algo regular pues no se evidencia que se haga a fondo.

La ubicacion es excelente, justo para los que buscan tranquilidad, comodidad, descanso, trabajo sin tanto ruido, la playa esta muy muy cerca, es una playa muy amplia y tranquila, el agua del mar muy limpia al igual que la playa, el desayuno tipo buffet muy bueno y un poco variado, area de piscinas y jacuzzi impecables, aligual que sillas y mesas, la habitacion muy amplia y limpia, el internet es muy bueno sin interrupciones ni congestiones , hay conexion casi en el 100% del hotel, asi que recomendado por si se requiere trabajar, instalaciones internas y externas muy bien cuidadas y siempre limpias, en general 10/10 , gracias y volveria sin dudarlo
