Pros:

Bra läge. Annorlunda trevligt hotell, bra att det inte var så högt.

Cons:

Saknade lite på frukosten, bl a pålägg. Blev inte informerade att man kunde beställa omelett, pannkakor, såg detta sista morgonen. Trots att det stod personal vid frukosten

Dejligt hotel, men forfærdelig dyrt at bruge p-kælderen.

Very disappointed with this expensive hotel

The area and being close to Van Hallen.

II don’t normally leave long reviews but this hotel was so disappointing and no other recent reviews seem to reflect this.
The hotel was extremely hot inside due to having a glass roof. It had been a mild spring day so summer would be extremely hot. The air con was not really working but very noisy. The hotel is a converted factory and now resembles a prison. The floors are set out like a prison and there is no window from the room onto the outside. You have a large pane of glass which looks inwards onto the other rooms / stairwell. The window is covered in vertical slats which look like bars. The room is alright if very dark. Nothing works very well. Simple things like insufficient hooks for towels, inadequate supply of tea and coffee, plug in basin won’t stay in and very odd shaped bath. I don’t normally go into this much detail but it’s like they’ve tried to make your stay as irritating as possible. Reception staff inattentive at best. The style of the decor downstairs was not to my taste and because no one used the seating areas it looked mismatched and neglected. Will definitely not be back. A very highly priced hotel and does not deliver as such.

Fantastisch.
Pros:

Een mooi hotel op een prachtige locatie. Gezellig, heel schoon en comfortabel. In de kamer is alles heel gebruiksvriendelijk. Een heerlijke douche en vriendelijke dames aan de receptie en in de horeca.

Cons:

Jammer dat alles in het Engels gaat.

Pros:

Bed was great room was nice

Cons:

One receptionist was very rude to me when I asked to book a room for next month she made it almost impossible to book again.
I found the whole thing upsetting

Also there was no soya milk or milk alternative for vegans only on request which was hard as there was not a lot of staff about
