He estado alojada en este hotel en varias ocasiones y siempre ha sido excelente. Pero en esta ocasion la atencion de Valeria en la recepcion fue decepcionante, ninguna empatia ni interes en ayudar a solucionar mis requerimientos. Ni siquiera respondio a mi saludo al dia siguiente a mi llegada al hotel. Creo que es importante tener en cuenta que la atencion al cliente es muy importante para beneficio tanto del huesped como del establecimiento
Las camas muy comodas y habitaciones amplias.
Todo muy bien. Buena ubicación.
El aspecto y tamaño de las habitación. La calefacción fue perfecta.
Los productos de cortesía (café, rasuradora, agua) son excelentes.
La comida fue deliciosa.
Echamos de menos una nevera para guardar bebidas, la pared de vidrio del baño no da suficiente intimidad.
Las obras de la calle 100 dificultan un poco el acceso en carro.
La habitación muy cómoda, no se escucha ruido, la cama confortable… la comida variada y deliciosa. Estuve en viaje de negocios y este hotel cumplió mis respectivas…

Me gustó la cama, muy cómoda, las ventanas antiruido son geniales, no se escucha nada aunque está sobre la 100. La atención en recepción me pareció excelente!
No me gustó mucho el desayuno, y los productos de la ducha (jabon, shampoo y acondicionador).
Suena mucho el aire acondicionado, hay que apagarlo para poder dormir.
Hay un poquito de óxido en el área del baño, pero siempre muy limpio y cómodo.
