Me gustó la cama, muy cómoda, las ventanas antiruido son geniales, no se escucha nada aunque está sobre la 100. La atención en recepción me pareció excelente!
No me gustó mucho el desayuno, y los productos de la ducha (jabon, shampoo y acondicionador).
Suena mucho el aire acondicionado, hay que apagarlo para poder dormir.
Hay un poquito de óxido en el área del baño, pero siempre muy limpio y cómodo.

Primero, como están en obras en las vías, muy incomodo el ingreso al hotel. Todo está tapado, el acceso es difícil para mover el equipaje por en medio de los obstáculos que existen en la calle. Si alguna persona tiene limitaciones en su movilidad no le recomiendo este hotel.
Muy estrecha el área de la recepción y el área del restaurante.

I have recently stayed at the Terra 100 Royal and this is my personal opinion on the location and the hotel.
Location: We booked airport transfers through the hotel, this was an excellent service and well priced.
The hotel is situated quite a distance from the tourist attractions. Public transport is very busy and difficult to navigate, so we used taxis to get around which are reasonably priced, however the traffic in Bogota is very heavy throughout the day and evening.
There are a lot of roadworks outside the hotel, you can walk around them, but work does start fairly early and we could hear it in our room.
There is very limited choice of restaurants in the local area.
Hotel: The hotel is clean and the staff are polite, courteous and friendly. When we arrived the receptionist wasn't welcoming, however they did improve during our stay.
The hotel has a restaurant and bar, however the food is very overpriced. We were quoted 80,000 pesos for a full English style breakfast per person. Two doors down from the hotel, we were able to have 2 breakfasts with drinks for 42,000 pesos.
We stayed in a premium room which was comfortable apart from the heating system which could not be adjusted, so we found the room quite cold. We had no hairdryer, but on requesting this from reception it was delivered promptly. Housekeeping needs some improvement. We were 2 people and were provided with 1 towel. Again a call to reception and this was rectified. We also found some of the pillows had no pillowcases, by this time I was fed up of calling reception, so we made do.
The shower pressure is not the best and you had to leave the shower on for quite a few minutes to get some hot water.
Would I stay again? Probably not, not because of the staff who generally try their best to help, it's more to do with the location and the distance from the main sites of Bogota.

El desayuno muy pobre, deberían aprovechar todos los productos colombianos para hacer un desayuno en condiciones. Nachos, cereal y algo de caldo no es un desayuno colombiano que al final es lo que buscamos los huéspedes.
