Muy mala experiencia
Pros:

Algunas personas y poco más.

Cons:

El estado de las instalaciones. El servicio pesimo. Descoordinado. La falta grave de comunicación entre los equipos del hotel. Fue desgastante. Se dañaba la televisión , el baño , la caja fuerte. Una y otra vez las cosas. Estuvimos 13 días. Es como habernos quedado donde una tía. La habitación helada. Fue Imposible variar la temperatura. Lejos de parecer un NH Collection. Es dinero perdido. No lo recomiendo. No dejaron de disculparse a diario…. Un desastre.

Soggiorno tranquillo, pulito e sicuro
Pros:

La struttura si trova in una zona residenziale/finanziaria quindi molto tranquilla anche se distante (20-30min di taxi) dai punti di interesse di Bogotà.
La consiglio per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo!

Fantastic stay in good hotel
Pros:

I’m writing this on the last night of our 4-night stay at the NH Collection Bogotá Terra 100 Royal, and overall, it has been a wonderful experience.

The Pros:
The location is excellent—the hotel is situated in a great, safe area and is within easy walking distance of Chapinero, one of the best neighborhoods in the city for dining and nightlife. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast here is a highlight; the spread is delicious with a good variety of local and delicious options to start your day right.

What really sets this place apart, though, is the service. The staff are genuinely friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. A special shout-out to Paula and Santiago at the front desk, who were always welcoming and quick to assist with any questions we had.

The Drawback:
My only minor critique is the air conditioning system. There is a thermostat inside the room which not working so you have to call the front desk to adjust the temperature for you. While the staff responds promptly, it feels a bit inconvenient to have to call every time you want to tweak the climate, especially during the night.
Unfortunately it was construction in the main street which was little inconvenient and noisy during the day.
I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bogotá. We would definitely stay here again!
