Excellent stay and in prime spot
Pros:

The location was very well placed and the box room was excellent and very spacious.

Cons:

Bathroom needs to be covered or else the water is coming down ahead and chances of sleeping is possible

Fern Residency Yashwanthpur doesn't measure upto Marriott standards.
Pros:

The staff is quite attentive and responsive.
Location of the property is very near a Metro station so very convenient for commuting.
Rooms are quiet and peaceful even though property is located on busy Tumkur road.

Cons:

The property is quite old and the age shows in the furniture etc.
Bath linen is just passable.
Toilet exhaust fan worked erratically.
The breakfast buffet was quite tasteless.
Dishes ordered ala carte were good.
