Consiglio questa struttura a chi cerca una sistemazione pratica e funzionale.
Pros:

Monolocale ben attrezzato e pulito. La posizione non è centrale, ma è comoda grazie alla vicinanza della fermata dei mezzi pubblici e alla presenza di supermercati e altri servizi nelle immediate vicinanze. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e gentile, rispondendo prontamente alle nostre richieste e alle eventuali segnalazioni.

Pros:

Está ubicado en una zona tranquila con excelente conexión al centro. El ingreso y salida fue muy sencillo de hacer.

Lätt att checka in, fanns allt man behövde i rummet, nära till affärer och restauranger samt inte långt till sthlm centrum, perfekt ställe att bo på om man ska på t.ex konsert.

Cons:

Hade önskat att man kunde öppna fönster eller eventuellt sänka värmen mer / ac då det var väldigt varmt på rummet, annars inget annat!

Appartamento molto funzionale. Abbiamo apprezzato la presenza della lavatrice+asciugatrice. Check in e check out facilissimi.
A pochi passi trovate Lidl e coop. La distanza dal centro è di circa 20 minuti (occorrono un tram e la metro), ma i servizi pubblici a Stoccolma sono eccellenti.

Doccia da rivedere, il bagno si allaga un po’

Sijainti varsin hyvä, helppo matkustaa keskustaan. Sängyt ja varustelu hyvä.

Cons:

Ulkona odotti iso säkki roskia, ja siinä se pysyi koko vierailun ajan houkutellen lokkeja ja todennäköisesti rottia. Majapaikassa ei ole kunnollisia roska-astioita, pussit kehoitetaan jättämään käytävällä oleviin pieniin astioihin. Ne olivat koko ajan täynnä ja niiden vieressä oli haisevia roskapusseja koska astioihin ei mahtunut.

Keittiössä, vetolaatikoiden yläpuolella, oli irtonainen (teipillä kiinni) levy joka irtosi ja aiheutti pudotessaan mustan varpaan kynnen.

Närheten till allt, tvärbana, affärer mm. Fint område.

Cons:

Tv blev svart med jämna mellanrum och sattes sedan igång efter en stund igen. Ibland stängdes den av helt. Vet inte om det har med uppkopplingen att göra. Men det var störande framförallt när man tittade på fotbolls-VM.

A suberb spacious apartment with a comfy bed and kitchen utilities. Located 30 minuts from the center, but easily reachable by public transportatin. Easy check in/out with door codes conveniently provided in advance.

The window could not be opened, only AC in the room provides some air.

Pidin sijainnista kovasti. Lähellä kaunista kävelyreittiä ja ravintoloita.
