Service is slecht, hotel is goed.
Pros:

De kamers zijn mooi en schoon. De bedden sliepen erg lekker en ook de douche was heerlijk.

Cons:

Het personeel spreekt weinig tot geen Nederlands. Toch raar dat ik in eigen land geen Nederlands kan spreken. Daarnaast wacht ik al weken op een factuur, ondanks toezeggingen en meermaals contact via zowel mail, telefonisch contact als via Booking. De service is daarmee niet wat ik gewend bent van andere IHG hotels.
