I stayed one night at Marussia. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Ksenia who friendly and gave me good advice for dining. Good location for walking and exploring Irkutsk.
Classic building with a lot of charm, which is located right near a mall and plenty of great places to eat. Had a pleasant stay, there just seems to be confusion about whether or not breakfast is included, so double check. But place and staff are great.
This was one of my favorite, if not favorite, hotels in Russia. Designed and decorated in the charming Siberian style, this hotel was extremely cozy and I did not want to even leave!
The location is great as it is within walking distance of some interesting sights in the city, and it is just behind a promenade with a lot of shops, restaurants, and a view of the river.
And the staff is fantastic, even packing me a breakfast-to-go for my early morning train after I checked out.
If I find myself back in Irkutsk, I am definitely staying here again.
It’s a nice wooden house and good location, just near the point 30 of the Green Line and the area of 130. But the room size is small for a double bed. Some staffs are very nice. However, the breakfast is so so.

Very lovely cozy boutique. The rooms are not huge but big enough. We really enjoyed the warm big shower after traveling for days in the train. Staff overall was friendly to help. They reserved various tours and transfer for us. However, some of them did not even say hello when you entered the hotel or did not feel the need to answer your queries in a proper way. So for this reason we were not amazed by the service. Also, breakfast was not amazing but just OK for the price they ask for. We thought that the location was superb.
My girlfriend and I spent a night at the hotel to celebrate our anniversary and had a very pleasant stay. The location was great - just a walking distance form the center.
The staff was super friendly and even gave us a bottle of champagne as a gift.
Breakfast was amazing and served directly to our room.
Would definitely stay again!
Although very close to the activities of 130 Kvartal, there was not a lot of noise reaching our room, but with the window open we could enjoy the buskers. The room was spacious with good facilities, all in a cabin style atmosphere.
I had a very comfortable 4 nights stay after a long train journey at this boutique hotel that has a beautifully designed wooden architecture with a rustic feel.Location is great with many cafes and attractions nearby. Staff is very friendly. Their breakfast is one the most delicious breakfasts I have had during my visit in Russia. I love their cafe and its design. There is a shopping mall that is just a few steps way. The day of my check out was pretty early and they gave me a breakfast box( I really appreciate that).
Note: They do not have elevator but the staff will help you with your luggage.
We stayed here for 2 nights as a break from our train travel. Rooms are cozy and clean, only down side was that the walls were paper thin but they provide ear plugs so that helped. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the same every day but was delicious and the service was excellent.
The room was facing a busy street. Somebody talking with the reception just walked in to our room and straight out again without knocking or giving an explanation. Upon arriving our luggage was kept in front of the reception untill we could check inn. This is not safe as we have valuables in the luggage. I expect a decent hotel to have a separate room under lock for this. Reception service is every thing from very good to not very welcomming depending on the shifts
Confort standard, chambres fonctionnelles.
Well located hotel in the heart of Irkutsk, next to the pedestrian area with restaurants and shops galore.
Standard comfort, functional rooms. The hotel is relatively noisy if you overlook the main road, but the staff is English speaking and accomodating.
This is a delightful, small hotel built in traditional wood and charmingly decorated throughout. I especially enjoyed the French -style café. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bed and breakfast arrangements were very good.
Located right on 130 street, walk down the back stairs right into the heart of the strip with restaurants , bars and shops.
The hotel itself is an old wooden house, simply charming with exposed beams and floral furnishings.
Whilst the hotel has been restored, no expense has been spared with the bathrooms which are spacious and new with a great shower.
The cafe is also highly recommend, they do a beautiful breakfast.
This place feels like a guesthouse with more privacy.
Rooms are great level of comfort (bathrobes, kettle, fridge etc.). We stayed in this hotel for 2nd time. All staff are very attentive and customer focused. Parking is free of charge. Breakfast is nice and individually cooked. We can definitely recommend this hotel. Our flight was at midnight and hotel's staff arranged late check out for us. The location is just perfect for walks, a dozen of nice restaurants, including "Sobraniye Speshilova" in 3-5 min walking distance.
I stayed in this old style character hotel made of wood in room 7 with dual aspect views for one night It is located in a promenade with lots of shops and restaurants so it is a busy area The wooden beds were very comfortable. Bathroom with shower cubicle with lots of jets. There was also a kettle in the room and ear plugs which were needed since the hotel is located in a busy area and music and singing could be heard but stopped by midnight. Breakfast was delicious which you order at reception on check in. I chose buckwheat porridge followed by eggs which was consumed in the breakfast room in the basement which has an outside terrace where refreshments and snacks are served throughout the day
Very convenient location, many restaurants at the back
