Very nice place to stay with the view and awesome pool

Hotel zit boven een supermarkt. Hotel was redelijk, wel waren er veel dingen stuk en was de hygiëne niet goed. De jacuzzi was snel vies en was niet gevuld bij aankomst. De airco was de laatste 2 dagen aan het lekken, dit werd zo ongeveer opgelost. Materialen om te koken waren niet goed.

Läget var det allra bästa med detta hotell. Ca 150 m till två olika stränder.
Vi bodde i en stor lägenhet längst upp. Den var väldigt rymlig och fungerade utmärkt för en familj på fem personer. Havsutsikten var underbar.
Personalen var mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga.
En annan fördel är närheten till den stora mataffären (ligger i samma byggnad).
Enda riktiga mataffär i hela byn.
Poolen är inte så stor men fyller sin funktion väl.

It was clean and well looked after. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much. I would definitely recommend this property. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes. There are fantastic local resturants nearby. The Thai across the road is very good. The noodles and the shwarma on the beach is excellent.

Établissement spacieu, la supérette est juste en dessous c'est pratique. Petit bémol pour l'odeur dans l'ascenseur et l'eau chaude manquante.

Bur Nas cancelled booking on same day, allegedly for "overbooking" and not having alternative accommodation.

1st room was not cleaned and ready for our arrival
2nd had no working air con
3rd had dirty sheets that were never changed, mouldy shower, hot water that took 5 mins to run, just to name a few things.
Staff was rude and didn't clean properly
Just terrible. Would NEVER stay or recommend there.

The booked room, was not available and we were placed in a lesser room. The plumbing was faulty, the air conditioning was faulty, there were cockroaches in the room and the staff is at best inattentive. One of the rooms on the floor seems to be rented out as a commercial kitchen. Do not ruin your stay on this great island by staying in this "hotel".

Bur Nas is a curious apartment block. It's trying to be upmarket but failing, with fake plastic urns and plastic flowers everywhere. The room itself is spacious and has lots of potential to be great, but isn't quite there yet.
We were not convinced the hot tub water was freshly changed, it looked very murky and 'used'. It also doesn't heat up, as far as we could work out (all the symbols on the buttons had worn off). One bedroom was ensuit but beware it only has a urinal - not an actual toilet, very bizarre?! Lots of bits were a bit on the shabby side: no cover on one of the sofa cushions, no remotes for the air conditioners so we all had to share one. The new owner was very pleasant and spoke about his plans for refurbishment: once this is done this will be a fantastic place to stay. Couldn't fault location. There's a supermarket below the apartment but it's not noisy at all, and actually very convenient. We would have appreciated some of the finer touches: like washing up liquid and a tea towel in the kitchenette: yes, of course it was easy to purchase these ourselves but for a three night stay it seemed a bit much. And some sort of drying line/rack outside as there's very little furniture on the balcony and you end up covering everything with beach towels and sandy swim gear. Overall, we'd recommend if you're prepared for these small detrimental parts.

Photos on the internet do not reflect the quality of the room you receive. Hard to believe the building was apparently opened in 2011, because everything is falling apart. Location is great above a big Winner's Supermarket, but service from the staff is quite lacking. For days, there was no internet in the rooms as they tried and failed to repair the system. Cleaning the room costs extra (100 per day), and the cleaners do not clean thoroughly. They did not even replace toilet paper or bedsheets sometimes, and when asked to bring more toilet paper, they promised to do so but never did and after 1 day we ended up buying our own. Cooking facilities in the room are inadequate, 2 cheap electric rings that take a long time to cook food. Even the kitchen utensils and cutlery provided are very insufficient. So-called "security" is weak, as the gate leading to the parking of Winner's Supermarket is open 24 hours a day. The security guard is reading all the time in his room. Different parts of the room constantly keep falling off. So-called "gold" taps in the bathrooms look tarnished and 20 years old. You open the tap and it falls apart. The bathroom door started disintegrating. Everything looks old and worn, even though it was apparently opened in 2011. They are trying to make improvements, but it's taking a long time and improvements made are mostly only in the outdoor area. The best point is the nice swimming pool and proximity to Pereybere beach. The overall rating is 6 out of 10

The stay in the hotel was not great as there were a shortage of towels, toilet paper, drinking glasses, tea/coffee cups and mugs, cooking pots and utensils, 1 air conditioner not working in that heat. Otherwise the stay was fantastic outside the hotel.

The stay was fantastic.We changed our room to Penthouse Suite with Jacuzzi. TOTAL enjoyment

Everything was great, except the beds, very stiff and not spring coils. All else was perfect.
