Stay away.
Pros:

Do not stay here! Bums sitting on stairs as you try to get to your room. Guys doing drugs and drinking in their cars in the back parking lot. The back parking is full of these people. Tagging inside the rooms. Cigarette burns and satins on bedding. Had to get a new room key everyday because the key wouldn’t work.

This motel is a hot spot for crime. It is a very dangerous place to stay- especially for families.
Pros:

It was close to In and Out - although the clientele surrounding the area made it feel dangerous to walk over.

Cons:

Hookers, drug deals, loud arguments peppered our night. Five patrol cars were found outside the office in the morning.
