Categories

Cleanliness
3.5
Multiple reviews cite very poor cleanliness: dirty sheets (including blood), bed bugs, cockroaches, heavy cigarette/marijuana smells, linty towels and generally unclean rooms.
Service
10
Mostly positive mentions of friendly, helpful staff and housekeeping across many reviews; isolated but strong negative reports about a rude front-desk clerk are noted but overall interactions are described as helpful and attentive.
Location
9
Several reviewers praised the location (close to Disney, centrally located, good parking); some noted traffic noise or nearby rehab center but location is generally seen as a strong point.
Room Quality
5
Mixed room quality: reports of bed bugs, uncomfortable/worn mattresses, small layouts, humidity and rooms smelling of smoke or sealed windows; some positive notes about TVs and AC.
Amenities
6.5
Amenities are mixed: pet-friendly policy and basic in-room items (fridge/TV in some rooms) are positives; common complaints include no shampoo/hair dryer provided, no in-room microwave/fridge in many rooms, and laundry machines that are card-only.
Value for Money
8
Several reviewers state the price and location make it a reasonable value and that they got what they paid for, though cleanliness and room issues reduce perceived value for some guests.
Food and Beverage
7
Not mentioned in reviews; assigned target overall rating.
Overall Experience
7
Mixed overall: good location, generally helpful staff and some clean/comfortable stays, but recurring serious cleanliness and pest/smell issues create a divided guest experience.

Recepción poco amable
Pros:

Personal de limpieza muy amables y con buena actitud de ayudarnos.

Cons:

El chico de recepción fue muy grosero cuando llegamos a pagar. Comportamiento cortante nada caballeroso. No volveré por su mala atención.

Best Pet Friendly Place In Town!
Pros:

My favorite thing about motel 6 is that they're pet friendly..my kitties go everywhere with me!

Cons:

The only thing I dont like is the laundry facility makes you pay with a card and paying with cash or quarters isnt an option.
