The room was a good value for the cost and what we needed. I would use it again.
Pros:

I previously lived in Placentia for many years, so it was close to friends and neighbors and it was nice to be in a familiar area. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, could have used one more blanket and there were a lot of pillows.

Cons:

Need more clean towels and toilet tissue every day.

Comfortable bed

Cons:

It was not clean. No toiletries. Terrible location. When I asked the front desk where I can find a drink, they said I can walk a couple street lights down the road. However, on my way back to the room, I saw the laundry room had vending machines.

Highly highly recommend!
Pros:

Clean and remodeled in 2022. Housekeeping was really nice and always made sure I had clean towels, emptied trash, soaps. Great, great customer service! Great location to everything too including grocery stores, coffee shops and fast food. 10/10 highly recommend!

I booked for double room bed and got only one bed upon arrival. When asked they told me that’s how it comes or I can pay

Don't stay here. Super far from Disney. Worst hotel every.

I liked nothing about it. My hotel was dirty experience was not the best. It was dirty, I saw roaches, bed was not comfortable and there was people working (drilling) outside my window while I was trying to sleep.

Cons:

Water leaked into my room's bathroom from the room upstairs. Floor was covered with water. 15 minutes after reporting this (after midnight and needing to rest) the front-desk person showed up and covered the bathroom floor with towels, which were of course soaked next morning. No room change, refund or discount offered.
