Its dirty, its smells really bad in the whole hotel, we found 2 insects in the bathroom, our bedroom floor was sticky, we could hear our neighbors all night long coughing and watching tv, it was very sketchy, i WOULDN’T recommend this hotel to people with families and kids, our room card did not work the 2 days we were there and had to go back to the desk to ask them to fix it, the elevators did not work and there was a gum on our bedroom wall.

Expérience scandaleuse et totalement inacceptable. J’avais réservé une nuit dans une chambre PMR, et à mon arrivée on m’annonce qu’elle n’est finalement pas disponible. Résultat : impossible de séjourner, je suis reparti sans même passer la nuit alors que ma réservation était confirmée.
Le pire reste la gestion derrière : malgré plusieurs relances, j’attends toujours mon remboursement à ce jour. Aucun sérieux, aucun respect du client, et un manque de professionnalisme évident. Proposer des chambres adaptées sans être capable de les honorer est honteux, surtout quand cela concerne des besoins spécifiques.
Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

Hotel is not the best option if you have your family. Hote carpet is dirty, smells rancid. Vending machines are stacked
