Very ordinary, not particularly comfortable.
Pros:

Decent location, but far from downtown.

Cons:

The room was noisy (footsteps above, and voices outside). The drapes didn’t effectively block the bright exterior lighting.

Beds sucked! They were awful, thin, and felt like a crummy sofa bed, you felt the bar frame in your back so night, hardly slept.

I felt it was a good value for the price.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. Motel 6 is a budget motel, but it was clean and well maintained motel. Parking was very good and restaurants were within walking distance.

Cons:

Shady location shady people. Entire night there were people roaming outside. They literally had a warning inside room to keep it locked while you're inside for safety reason. I could hear everything 5-10 doors away. We couldn't sleep the entire night. Stay at your own risk

Pros:

I'm so glad we chose this place. Check in was super easy. Our room was very clean and spacious. The surroundings were peaceful and they had coffee in the lobby which was nice. They have a laundry facility available if you need it and the beds were actually very comfortable too. Lots of restaurants and amenities close by as well which was so convenient. I definitely recommend this location!
