Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben endlich das Gefühl bekommen, gut in Schweden angekommen zu sein. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen und wurde mit einem Spielzeug begrüßt. Das Bett war der absolute Wahnsinn. Wir haben so gut darin geschlafen und sind sehr erholt aufgewacht sind und gut in den neuen Tag starten konnten.Dann ging es zum tollen Frühstück, wo definitiv für jeden etwas dabei ist. Und zun Schluss haben wir dann noch das Museum besucht, was uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen hat.

Ein absoluter Fokus liegt auf dem Kindern... Mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten im Foyer und stets kostenfreies Popcorn für die Kids...👍 das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und lecker. Wasserautomaten auf dem Flur für frisches Trinkwasser war ebenfalls vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Fenster gingen nicht zu öffnen. Nachts mussten wir also in dem klimatisierten Raum bei 20 Grad. schlafen, bei dem die Temperatur nicht regelbar war. Ob defekt oder für uns nicht machbar, das kann ich nicht sagen.

Basic and not clean
Pros:

The bathroom was dirty, I found 3 long balck hairs in it on arrival, the room is less than basic, the shower was absolutely terrible. I have never stayed in a hotel that did not have a shower with glass. This shower was separated by the toilet seat by a curtain that would stick to my body when I showered. The worst experience ever.
The sink was clogged and the drain smelled bad.
I would not recommend it to anyone.
I travelled with a work colleague and although we both paid the same for our rooms, his room was apparently better and this makes no sense to me. Everyone should receive the same level of service for the same money.

Cons:

Bathroom was bad. Shower in particular. Sink was badly clogged to the point I couldn't wash my face without interruptions. Room was not clean.
