Imperium Hotel Lima

Lo único que puedo rescatar del hotel es que la ducha era agua caliente, el servicio pésimo no pude pagar el hotel por medio de Expedia por lo tanto tuve que pagar en hotel casi siempre los hoteles puedes pagar con tarjeta, este hotel solo acepta efectivo, no hay tarifa en soles (al tipo de cambio del dólar más alto, termine pagando un 13% más de lo que me cálculo Expedia) y se me hizo absurdo el pago lo requería en dólares y los dólares que le entregaba le busco cualquier detalle para mermar el valor, al día siguiente tuve que retirar de un atm para pagar en soles al tipo de cambio que quiso, el hotel se encuentra céntrico pero en una calle ruidosa y se mira un poco peligroso de noche, el encardo se aprovecha de la situación para poder sacar un extra $$$, las habitaciones huelen mucho a humedad el televisor lo prendí pero no había señal de cable, y en conclusión el servicio es pesimo, el rate es un poco alto para lo que ofrece el hotel.

Accueil très bon , confort à la hauteur de nos espérances, seul l'emplacement est dans un quartier dangereux la nuit, qui sont nombreux à Lima

Staff was very good when checked and dealing with matter, room was generally clean but is a typical older building. It is in an older neighborhood and felt insecurity at night but I like it being more community oriented. Building is very secure. Hotel all ran by guys but with good manner and services. Taxi driver said he has been servicing the hotel for more then 20 years. nearby restaurant serves local comida, and there are fruit stand every morning across the street and a local tienda is also across street for convinence stuff. A lot of shopping within 15 walking distance. Its not bad for the price if you dont care about an older building in an older neighborhood.

Is too small and dark the internet terrible, the rooms

Very very nice people who try very hard to make it clean and nice. Not in a great neighborhood- we used it for cheap shower before flight and worked well for that- would not have wanted to wander around it at night

Funcionarios super simpaticos,limpeza razoavel, mas a localização pessima! e no centro mas em uma rua super perigosa e feia! Impossivel sair a pé a noite.

Good access by foot to centrico. Internally noisy place that needs sound deadening. Ongoing work starts at 7. Staff
didn't do Ingles and I can't do the Espagnol but they responded friendly and very well. On my own so they gave me a standard single bed, but I'm 182 cm. A bit short. Hotel position appears to be a little seedy but that's Lima. well.

we were charged $20.00 for pick up service from the airport which was ok, but we were charged $20.00 for a taxi to the bus station (Cruz del Sur) which was about a ten minute ride. The hotel charged us and the taxi tried to bill us again. We found out the fare should have been about 15 soles (around $5.00).

Tres proche du centre ville, calme, service de chambre impecable.

It was very good. MY family stay happy and it was very quiet permanence and gave the hotel facilities.

Un hôtel situé au centre de Lima dans un quartier toutefois peu rassurant dès la tombée de la nuit. Service navette et petit déjeuner facturés au prix cher et en $ à éviter. Salle de bain délabrée (baignoire fissurée et odeur eau stagnante).

La limpieza bien, los recepcionistas (que al parecer son familiares) muy amables todos, por ese lado o recomiendo ampliamante; sin embargo, la ubicación es muy mala en una calle obscura, muy peligroso de noche.

No bottled water in room no shop to buy water after 11pm. No fan air-con. No power after 11pm but lights still work. TV very small and old and no remote. Awful experience

avec un personnel très sympathique et très a l'écoute, on y retournera sans problème , prix très abordable
