Pros:

飯店離逢甲很近
停車場不怕沒位子
遇事處理最後很令人滿意 無可挑剔
後來的房間很大 很適合帶小小孩

Cons:

一開始跟我說嬰兒床和澡盆都準備好了
但一到房間什麼都沒有
然後打電話詢問也很不確定模棱兩可
一直要我們等待（後來知道原來是嬰兒床壞了，然後沒有其他張嬰兒床了）
問題是我們本來是放好東西就要出門去夜市，然後早早回來的（因為有1歲小孩）
而且我家小孩從小都是睡嬰兒床 沒有上大床跟我們睡過夜的
那請問這樣我們怎麼辦
好在後面的服務人員有幫換房型
讓床大一點也加上床圍讓我們勉強可以試試看一起睡
結果後來夜市回來，居然幫我們生出了一張嬰兒床 還有延後退房（真的很需要，因為耽誤的關係，小孩比平常還晚才能睡，這對嬰孩來說很辛苦）
真的謝天謝地

遇事的處理雖一開始很無語
但最後解決的很好 很周到 很滿意
我會推薦這家飯店給大家～

可以改進的地方很多，希望之後去能看到變好

地理位置很好
還有停車場不用在市區到處找車位

早餐的自助吧中規中矩
現沖牛肉湯讓我印象比較深刻

Cons:

床鋪有味道，感覺是上一組客人的香水味
棉被也有，通知櫃檯拿到新的棉被是沒味道的

床墊偏軟睡起來不太舒服（這個比較主觀一點）

311洗手台的熱水無法調節水溫
手指頭還被燙到起水泡

Pros:

離逢甲夜市步行不遠，方便。早餐好吃。

Cons:

打開廁所電源，因為連動抽風機一起，會飄出下水道汙水味道，電梯間也是有這個味道，瞬間沒了放鬆渡假的心情，嗚嗚....,如能改善的話，是值得10分。之前在宜蘭住宿其他家的飯店，其實也曾遇過相同的飯店問題。

Pros:

地理位置很好，附近就是逢甲夜市很方便，停車也有附設免費的停車場，房間大小以我們兩大一小來說算夠用，也有空間可放行李箱，吹風機是呆森的，吹乾速度很快，我們住八樓，裝水的地方及閱覽室就在同樓層很方便，浴室有乾濕分離很不錯，還有浴缸可以泡澡。

Cons:

隔音不是太好，住的當晚不知道是不是外面有活動，晚上12點多外面還有放炮及音樂聲響，房間內聽得很清楚。
早餐選擇不是很多，口味非常一般，烤箱烤麵包都考不熱，然後兒童餐椅滿髒的。
