Things to improve to get better
Pros:

Self check-in, lobby area, it was good that there was a kitchen with a microwave oven.

Cons:

Warm food was cold, it should be warmed up and placed in warm, not placed cold and hope it will warm up after an hour. Omelette was watery. Shampoo and conditioner was mixed and in another room there was only one container and even that was at low level. Radiators produced waterfall sound, which was strange. Curtain pole was not fixed at ends and was bending down. I do not know, why there are TV in every room, have not used one in ages, would be good to get statistics on how often they are used and if it is even worth putting them there.
