Personeel in restaurant was zeer vriendelijk, de keuken viel echter wat tegen.
Prachtig hotel op prachtig plein.

Fantastisch hotel!
Pros:

Fantastisch hotel op een uitstekende locatie midden in de stad. De auto is keurig netjes in een parkeergarage geplaatst, en bij het uitchecken stond de auto alweer klaar direct voor het hotel.

Pros:

One of the best experiences we ever had! The hotel is located in the ciry centre overlooking a nice square and a beautiful cathedral. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. You get a complimentary drink in the room and chocolates.

The staff was amazing, super polite and easy to talk to, very helpful as well. They even gave us an upgrade to a room ith a bath tub.

The breakfast is very nice and they have valet service wich is super convenient.

I very highly recommend visiting this hotel!!

Přivítání na recepci ! Nejdříve ubytovat ! Pak teprve informace že neteče voda , která tedy do nějaké době byla opravena a vše fungovalo , žádné upozornění že po odjezdu nás čeká ještě zaplacení parkovného v docela velké výši .. v hotelové cukrárně si koupíte cappuccino které se nedalo pít , pač mléko bylo tak ohřáté že ani po 10 minutách se stelo nedalo pít , croissan ten pamatoval ještě pekaře s raní směny předešlo dne , tak jsem moc nepochopil proč se v menu píše čerstvý!?

Personal sehr freundlich und Unterkunft zentral gelegen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Sanitäranlagen waren sehr sauber und luxuriös

Cons:

Die Anfahrt war etwas kompliziert. Google Maps zeigte die richtige Anfahrt an. Aber die Schilder kann man nicht so richtig deuten und vor mir wendeten dann auch Fahrzeuge. Belohnt wird man aber mit dem sehr guten Service. Der Möbelsafe funktionierte nicht, was aber nicht schlimm war.

Snídaně byla výborná. Všeho bylo dostatek, každý si vybral dle chuti. Také klimatizace na pokoji v takovém horku bylo něco, co jsme opravdu ocenili.

Cons:

Bohužel v koupelně a na toaletě nebylo odvětrání, což trochu snížilo pocit komfortu, který tento hotel bezesporu nabízí.
