The location was good, but they could dispense with the beds and let you sleep on the floor which would be softer . Likewise the pillows were hard and neck crackingly high. After 3 sleepless nights i had to move to another hotel

Front staff were very helpfull. This is great value for the $.

No towels provided when checking in, later found out shower did not work either.

Last stayed here in 2015 so pleased to find it as clean and friendly as last time. For me sets the benchmark for economical accommodation in Chiangmai. Area is has a few good eateries and being inside the walls a short walk from everything central and easy to catch transport further afield.

Excellent value for money. Spotlessly clean. Would be my first choice again for next Chiangmai trip.

Rustig gelegen, maar toch in het centrum waar alles is van eet gelegenheden tot winkeltjes.

步行可到週日市集，雖然有附車位，但民宿位於極小巷內，駕車不太容易，床很硬，設備很老舊，我睡一晚，雙腳奇癢無比，隔天一早整雙腿起疹子！

Room was very clean. Good wifi and cold aircon. Very close to many restaurants and temples. Extremely quite at night.
The room is older but it's a good value for the price.

위치 아주 좋아요. 타페게이트 바로 인근에, 어디 로든 움직일 때 참 좋습니다.
저렴한 가격만큼 모든 면에서 큰 기대를 바라면 안됩니다만, 비교적 깨끗한 시설에 수압이 좀 약한 것 말고는 특별히 불만은 없었네요.
참고로 비수기(9월말)라 조용했던 점을 감안해야 합니다. 방음이 잘 안돼서 성수기때나 만실 때는 스트레스가 조금 있을 듯 합니다.
주인 아주머니 친절하고 잘 도주십니다. ㅎㅎ 2박 동안 말끔하고 기분좋게 쉬었습니다.
1반 만원대로 위치 좋은 숙소 찾는다면 여기가 짱입니다.

First of all, the lady who works there in the morning was an angel. She is very sweet and helpful. She also let me check-in early. She is ready to give money-saving tips on how to go to places (the red taxi trucks tend to overcharge).

Location was good, walking distance to Ta Pae gate and the street for truck-taxi's. Hotel was very comfortable. For the price I paid, I was very satisfied. I would come back here again.

Pros:
Comfortable room, good location, affordable, close to some restaurants and massage shops, friendly staff and housekeepers. Bathroom large with functioning hot water machine. There's also a small balcony if you like to chill outside. Water is provided.

Cons:
The AC was loud (that's all).

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, & the location perfect for accessing the old town sights in Chiang Mai.

One small tip - I found that you needed to ask for your room to be cleaned, but whenever you did it was cleaned thoroughly, & this was no big deal once you realised the protocol. There's plenty of space for parking motorcycles, if you have one, & the air conditioning works really well.

I stayed here for a week & would have no hesitation in returning again.

Good location within walking distance to Redtaurants and attractions. Expectations in terms of cleanliness were met, good budget hotel.

This hotel in the nice location to go around te city, close to the Tape Gate and Sunday market Wichita is a big event held every Sunday.
This is in a quiet place and every day the staff clean the room. The staff members are also friendly and warm.
A security man is staying all night.
I feel safe.

deçue par cet hotel qui ressemble plutot a un hostel. les photos ne correspondent pas trop à l etat de l hôtel, besoin d'un coup de peinture, dans la douche il y avait encore la savonnette du client précédent. agréable quand meme mais il faudrait baisser le prix et mettre des photos plus réalistes sur le site.

Vill man bo centralt nära Tha pae gate så är det här ett bra hotell. stora fördelarna är: läget, priset, parkering i botten av huset samt gratis wifi.
Har man inte behov av att parkera sin bil så finns det andra hotell i kvarteret som ser trevliga ut men till högre priser.
Nackdelar är som i de flesta hotell hårda sängar.
Det finns ingen restaurang på hotellet men tillräckligt många i kvarteret.
Rummen är stora och rena. TV och kylskåp finns.
Det är ganska lyhört.
Alldeles utanför hotellet rakt över gatan finns en underbar massagesalong som måste provas.

Location is close to where you need to be in Chiang Mai. Good internet. Street full of similar guest houses, places to eat, laundry, massage. Very close to the east gate and that is where you want to be.

เป็นที่พักที่ดีมาก มาพักช่วงสงกรานต์เชียงใหม่ทุกปี ห้องใหม่ สะอาดสะดวก เงียบสงบ อยู่ราชดำเนินซอย1 เป็นซอยเล็กๆ เกือบสุดซอย ห้องพักสะอาดมาก ห้องน้ำสะอาด มีระเบียงและราวตากผ้า มีแอร์ มีตู้เย็น เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น อุปกรณ์สะดวกครบครัน เดินแค่ 2-3 นาที ก็ถึงประตูท่าแพ บริเวณโดยรอบมีวัด และร้านอาหาร สามารถเดินทางไปที่ต่างๆ ได้ไม่ไกล เป็นทำเลที่ยอดเยี่ยมมากจริงๆ

Buena relacion calidad/precio

Hotel was ok, cause i was traveling all the time. It was near main roud, but the roud in wich lokated this hotel was quaet and safe. A lot of cafes is near with very good food. Staf was helpfull. Only one problem with internet, some times its disapearing for long time.
