Nice location near to restaurants. Room is better than I expect quite big. Staff are really helpful and welcome on you arrive.

Nice and quiet. They gave free water bottles. Had some ants crawling around the floor boards but it’s expected in that part of town.

Great location. Clean, spacious rooms. Host tried to be hospitable, but non-English speaking so communication was challenging.

Great central location in Old City. Free breakfast with quite a few options.

This place was comfortable and clean however the service was lacking. One lovely woman cooked the breakfast and would clean the room if requested. Otherwise there was nobody else around to help with bookings or to answer questions. English was limited. Felt there was probably better value out there for the money.

My husband and I loved this hotel! The location is great (in the old city) and we were able to walk most places we wanted to go! The price is great, the staff is soooo nice, and the room was perfect! Our room was large with a sitting area and a mini kitchen area. The staff was so helpful and you can also pay for laundry service! Also, they will make you coffee and breakfast if you want. We loved this hotel and highly recommend it if you are in Chiang Mai!!! Thank you!!

This hotel was amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is excellent. Would totally recommend this hotel to anyone going to Chiang Mai.

Residence was located on a side street and our room was facing the road but it was not noisy. Room was clean, spacious and bright and had a resort feel to it. The only downside was the bed, i found the mattress too hard and there was no lift so you had to carry your bags up the steep flight of stairs. Other than that it was within walking distance from the markets and the city sights.

Lester is fantastic, and his pals that stay there are as well - fun place to hang out. Loved the banana pancakes for breakfast. Location is just a couple blocks off main streets. No elevator and had to lug our suitcases up a long flight of awkward stairs. We had a fantastic room that was huge, bed comfy. Wifi good. Would stay here again.

Its a great location, walking distance to many of places I was interested to go to. The staff is very friendly and very receptive to my requests.

Wonderful room very close to all the activities. Excellent air con, shower, laundry and tv. Breakfast was fast and yummy. The staff was extremely helpful and generous.

stayed here 3 nights - huge room, mini kitchen, nice bath facilities, good food in restaurant.

The staff were out the door helping us get the bags out of the car when we arrived. The good service continued for the 3 days we stayed. Everything was great. Shower pressure and temperature, air-conditioning. Very quiet yet close to everything. Loved every minute.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Lester and his friendly family couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were huge and very clean and comfortable, the food was good,and the laundry service was a handy extra.

For me this Hotel ticked all the boxes , it's walking distance to all the main attractions , the owner Lester & his crew made the stay feel real homelike , plus there's plenty of top " foodie " places to eat within a 10 minute walk of this Hotel , i would stay there again no problems
