Un emplacement magnifique mais des services décevants

Les services n’étaient pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles : le personnel est assez nonchalant et ne donne pas toutes les informations concernant l’établissement à l’arrivée (accès piscine, spa, restaurant, etc.). Dès notre arrivée, nous avions fait part de notre volonté de réserver un soin au Spa, mais comme la personne à l’accueil semblait débordé, elle nous a demandé de revenir plus tard. Et plus tard, elle nous apprend que le Spa est fermé le dimanche. Rien ne l’indiquait sur le site internet, alors que nous avions réservé en partie pour le Spa.
Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas très bon et mérite une nette amélioration dans les produits proposés et leurs variétés.
La chambre Ovalie est beaucoup trop bruyante ! Dès 4h du matin nous avons été réveillés par le staf. Je déconseille vivement cette chambre.

J ai oublié mon blouson le 12 janvier après un séjour à l hôtel
Après avoir proposé de payer les frais de port ( la poste 18 dinars et post express 70 dinars), et après de nombreux échanges, le 4 mars on m’a annoncé qu’il me faut payer 85 euros pour envoyer mon blouson… malhonnêteté et « jemenfoutisme » avéré
Quand à mon séjour, correcte mais le dîner était triste à mourir…
Bref je ne reviendrai pas et vous déconseille egalement que pour leur manque de grâce et de service … 5 étoiles ?? 😢

Average facilities some members of stuff are amazing.
Pros:

Old and a bit rundown food quality at breakfast not in line with their price. Some members of stuff not too happy at times. Food quality not great complicated but not tasty.

Des cafards m'ont rendu visite dans la chambre, la literie est assez vétuste et inconfortable
Insonorisation médiocre de la chambre, on entend même la sonnerie du tél de la réception et le bruit du ménage.
Les taies d'oreillers étaient tachées, drap housse vétuste et réparé.
Petit déj "continental" pas varié du tout
Dommage pour un hôtel ayant un tel potentiel

Outstanding place to stay but plan ahead for access.
Pros:

Our room was incredible. A super cool domed ceiling in the oval bedroom with a large balcony overlooking the golf of Tunis. The location in Sidi Bou Said is perfect for exploring the town and water front. Food was delicious as well.

Cons:

The property is very challenging to access. We had a rental car and it took us several hours to figure out how to navigate past the multiple road blocks and gates. We called the property for help but they just kept sending us the location and telling to come on the road with the cemetery but the cemetery was on the other side of a gate that the attendant would not let us through. After the fourth call to the property, they finally understood our situation and spoke to the gate attendant to get us through. I would definitely arrange for hotel pick up outside the closed area for your stay. While our room was lovely, it was right next to the kitchen so it was loud in the morning when they prepared breakfast.

The view , how the staff treated us and the room was so clean

Cons:

I expected more in term of food service, some extra offers for married couples , the breakfast was too simple there is nothing special in it except the view of the sea.
