Muy bien ubicado

Cons:

No tiene frigobar en las piezas , con el calor horrible que hace . Nos pasaron un refri viejo , donde estaban mal las repisas , mi marido se le cayó un agua y se hizo un corte profundo en el pie y para peor nos cobraron el agua … ridículo

Great place to stay in historical Cartagena
Pros:

Location was great in historic Cartagena. Great recommendation for dinner at Burma vida. Staff was very nice and helpful. Gorgeous boutique hotel with a spacious room. A/C worked great. Smart tv incase you want to watch something. Breakfast was also great.

Pros:

El hotel pese a ser antiguo está muy bien cuidado y tiene su encanto! Las habitaciones son muy grandes, destacó el baño de la suite junior! La ubicación también es la mejor, literal en el centro. Volvería sí o sí. El personal también muy amable y atento.

Charming place with great location
Pros:

The decoration was vintage which gave a nice vibe. Breakfast was great on the rooftop and also the pool. Staff was really nice and always supplied us with towels to go to the beach and Kindle stored our luggage for our late flight.

Cons:

Everything was great.

Tranquilo, muy linda decoración estética, edificio antiguo muy lindo. Atención muy agradable, desayuno muy completo, no es variado pero es fresco. Pileta que no usamos pero limpia. La habitación muy estilizada, un diez. Ubicación increíble.

Shame on this hotel. Will never go there again.

Shame on this property.
I arrived after a long trip with my family (3 kids) and I received a room without windows with a perfume diffuser in the room and it was impossible to breathe.
We all began to cough and my kids suffer from allergies so I asked kindly to receive another room (was ready to pay more) but the hotel was full.
Then I asked them to give me my money back as I couldn’t stay (for health reasons) and they refused. The girl was not friendly at all and didn’t want to hear anything.
I left the hotel. I tried then to communicate with them through booking they never answered. They didn’t give me a cent back.
I told them I am not asking to receive my whole money back but at least something and NOTHING. Not commercial, not friendly and impossible to stay in that kind of environment.

Cons:

Not friendly, no compassion and thieves.
When you cannot breathe in a room, you don’t force your clients (with little kids) to stay.
You find a fair solution instead of stealing money.
First time in my life I left a hotel.

Hyggelig og imøtekommende personale, alle sammen, men kanskje spesielt de på kjøkkenet. Veldig sjarmerende rom.
Pros:

Veldig koselig sted sentralt i gamlebyen - men samtidig langt nok unna de mest «hektiske» stedene til at det var rolige omgivelser. Man skal være klar over at det er en gammel bygning med originale romløsninger, så du er ikke garantert balkong f.eks. Vi syntes at den gamle stilen gav hotellet sjarm!

De tudo...não consigo lembrar o nome de todas as meninas, mas da recepção, do bar e o rapaz que cuida da piscina e jardim foram simplesmente sensacionais.. lugar pra voltar assim que puder!!
Sem contar Anthony, Alvarito e Julien que deram uma atenção única.
