La ubicación y las instalaciones

El hotel es una maravilla. Tanto el propio edificio, como la decoración, el pequeño oasis que tienen en la terraza con piscina incluida, todo perfecto. A parte del desayuno picamos algo en la piscina algunos día y todo muy bien. Se agradece mucho la piscina para las horas punta de calor que pueden ser muy fuertes en Cartagena. Sin duda, un acierto.

The building has a lot of charm which can be found in both the space, furniture and the details. I love the open vide with balustrade, small winding stars to terrace, stonework and wooden details.
The pool is nice but some of the paint needs to be redone.

The facilities looked a bit old. I know its part of the look in itself, but sometimes it seemed like it was okd and not part of the look.

El lugar es bastante lindo, te ayudan en todo lo que necesites, estaba bastante limpio, tienen varias elecciones para desayunar y está muy bien ubicado, a pesar de estar en el centro histórico se descansa bastante bien y no hay ruido de la calle.
L’emplacement est super, l’hôtel est récemment rénové avec goût. Une piscine à l’étage un roof top. Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux. Super hôtels que je recommande sans hésiter

The room was unique, likely built into an old part of the town's historic center. The courtyard created a cool ambiance. The location was especially good. The spot is within walking distance of everything in Centro Historico without being right next to any noise (in particular, the Ely coffee shop and the Buena Vida rooftop seafood restaurant). My room felt especially tucked in.
They didn't have an elevator, so I had to take the stairs. That wasn't a big deal to me because it was only 3 floors, but for others, it might be a deal-breaker. My room didn't have a ton of natural light; I didn't mind much, but if that's something you are seeking, make sure to ask the staff.

Facilities felt quite dated
Nous avons été très déçus en arrivant en constatant que la chambre double standard qui nous a été attribuée ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos présentées. Très cher (190€ la nuit) pour une chambre sans fenêtre, très petite et donnant sur le patio. C’est du vol ! Nous avons annulé notre réservation à notre arrivée, donc bon… Méfiez-vous, vous n’obtiendrez aucune surclassement gratuit mais ils ont quand été collaboratifs pour nous octroyer une annulation gratuite.

Imposible dormir. Nos dieron las habitaciones 1 y 3. La nuestra era superior, amplia pero el baño era abierto y daba a la cocina de la terraza del hotel, se oía todo.Para salír al baño tenías que subir la cortina y abrir una puerta que rozaba con el suelo. La de los chicos daba a la calle y aunque en principio les dijeron que les iban a hacer upgrade por ser Genius no lo hicieron por un problema en un baño y les dieron esta. En los tres días no pudieron dormir más de dos horas, es como dormir en la calle , zona muy concurrida , A cambio les dieron dos cocktails pero no compensa.El desayuno bueno pero tardaban más de una hora y cuarto en servirlo. Recepción. 24 horas pero aún habiendo avisado casi perdemos una excursión porque cierran las puertas exteriores y no encontrábamos el chico.

Preguntar si podían ayudarnos a subir la maleta al segundo piso fue casi como si los hubiéramos insultado.
Realmente más que un hotel boutique el trato del personal de recepción y la falta de información hizo que se sintiera más como un “hostal boutique”.
