Alles. Tolles Zimmer mit großem Balkon. Toller Ruhebereich bei der Sauna. Wassertemperatur im Pool war angenehm. Essen sehr gut. Betten super. Zimmer sehr schön.

Es war rund um alles gut

Cons:

Es gab draußen keine Mülleimer wo man sein Müll entsorgen konnte. Was jammern auf hohen Niveau ist.

Hotel storniert eine nicht stornierbare Buchung
Cons:

Ich hatte kurzfristig über booking gebucht und erhielt umgehend eine Bestätigung mit dem Hinweis, dass ich nicht kostenlos stornieren kann.
Als wir fast an der Unterkunft angekommen waren, rief ein Hotelmitarbeiter an und sagte, er müsse die Buchung stornieren, da das Hotel ausgebucht sei. Wir müssten uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Keine Entschuldigung oder Bedauern.
Wir hätten unter den Umständen erwartet, dass ein Mitarbeiter des ausgebuchten Hotels eine alternative Unterkunft angeboten hätte.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Wagrain!
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage im Zentrum von Wagrain. Alles vorhanden wie beschrieben.

Cons:

Auf der einen Seite haben wir Verständnis, dass ein Unternehmen/Hotel Umsatz generieren muss, auf der anderen Seite ist es sehr störend, wenn beim Abendessen eine große Gruppe von ca. 40 Personen sehr lautstark auffällt. Gleichzeitig hat der Kellner verständnisvoll reagiert und uns einen anderen Tisch gegeben, wo es wesentlich ruhiger war.

Pros:

Sehr guter und toller Wellnessbereich.
Sehr gutes Frühstück und gutes Abendessen. Die dreigängige Ski-Jause ist ebenfalls im Preis inkludiert.
Insgesamt eine sehr gute Leistung.
Wirklich hervoragend ist die Weinkarte und man kann fast alle Weine auch glasweise ordern -
offene Weine = best in excellence!

Cons:

Es gibt im Haus einige altmodische Zimmer, und eines davon wurde leider mir gegeben.
Leider sehr harte Matratzen - so wie man es früher mal hatte und heutzutage absolut nicht mehr Standart ist (naja so mancher mag es vielleicht)
