Cons:

-You have to carry your bags through the stairs until you reach the elevator about 10 steps and nobody to help you to carry the bags,there is only receptionist
Nobody to carry the bags
-Breakfast is the same everyday
-I have left one day early no refund??? Booking.com should me refund for one day because I am long time customer with booking.com for more than 20 years

Ist ok für einen Kurztrip
Pros:

Die Lage ist super und der Check in lief reibungslos

Cons:

Unser Zimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Am ersten Morgen hatte ich der Bedienung gesagt, dass Ameisen in den Gurken sind…hat ihn aber nicht interessiert.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, Zimmer grundsätzlich ok, gute Pflege und Reinigung

Cons:

Zimmer mit Dachschräge über einer Betthälfte, welche aufrecht nicht zu erreichen ist.
nur Badewanne mit Duschvorhang, für Gäste mit altersbedingten Einschränkungen ungeeignet

Lovely stay in a wonderful hotel!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Spiess&Spiess - liked pretty much everything: excellent location, quiet residential area, extremely friendly and helpful staff, wonderful comfortable mattresses, etc. Highly recommended! Hope to be back some day.

Cons:

I am not sure what are the standards these days but there were no hotel slippers which would come very handy). Same with standard cosmetic kit. Probably doesn't go along with hotel's environmental / eco friendly policy?
