Family trip to Wien
Pros:

Good hotel overall. Not the most central location, but well connected, so getting around was never an issue. Breakfast was excellent, probably the best part of the stay. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. We also appreciated having water and drinks available in the lobby throughout the day, a small but thoughtful touch.

Cons:

The only downside was the sauna opening hours. From 2 to 8 PM is unfortunately exactly the time you spend out visiting the city, so we never got the chance to use it. A later evening slot would work so much better for guests.

Pros:

Krásný komfortní pokoj, pokoj č. 14 v pátém patře s výhledem na Vídeňské střechy, Prátr, mrakodrapy... Příjemné bydlení, pohodlná postel. Velmi milý personál na recepci. Možnost kávy, čaje, různých variant vody v ceně pokoje po celý den v rámci ceny je příjemná věc.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Super Lage, nur wenige Meter von der U-Bahnstation und trotzdem komplett ruhig gelegen, so dass einen morgens die Vögel wecken. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut, vorallem die Qualität der Produkte. An der Getränkebar kann man sich zu jeder Zeit mit Wasser, Tee, Saft versorgen, kostenfrei. In der Sauna warten in der Umkleide gepackte Taschen mit Bademantel, Handtüchern und Schlappen.
Checkin/Checkout geht wenn gewünscht komplett digital, als Alternative steht die Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit zur Verfügung.
Wenn wir noch mal Wien bereisen, dann checken wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier ein.

Zentrale Lage, Checkin und Checkout einfach und schnell, große und ruhige Zimmer

Cons:

Bitte Eierspeis / Rührei beim Frühstück frisch machen. Wurde wahrscheinlich in Minrowelle erwärmt und schmeckte dementsprechend. Schade da das restliche Frühstück sehr gut war.
