Perfect ski holiday!
Pros:

Very good breakfast. Nice wellness zone. Perfect ski room. Very good location, 6min to Penkenbahn on foot. No complaints. Some free parking places outside were enough, we did not use underground parkink.

Cons:

No fridge and kettle in the room.

Die Lage ist gleich um die Ecke der Penkenbahn. Das Zimmer hat an sich eine schöne Aufmachung und auch einen tollen Stil.

Cons:

Am ersten Tag haben wir im Bett Haare gefunden, woraufhin es nochmal neu gemacht wurde, im Bad klebten noch Wimpern der Vorgänger neben dem Waschbecken und es waren Bauarbeiten direkt unter unserem Fenster. Dann kommt noch dazu, dass das Abendbrot zu uns weder bekommen ist, noch sonderlich gut geschmeckt hat. Wir sind nun keine Gourmetgaumen, aber sowas habe ich in Österreich noch nicht erlebt, dann wurde uns ohne weitere Rücksprache die Halbpension gestrichen, dies wurde uns per Mail mitgeteilt und nicht persönlich. Letzten endlich sind wir eher abgereist, weil es nicht erträglich war.

Kurz und knapp zusammengefasst: Sehr freundliches Personal - sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch die Servicekräfte! Eine sehr saubere Hotelanlage, überragender Wellnessbereich, super Lager, sehr leckeres und vielseitiges Abendessen! Absolut zu empfehlen - Preis-/Leistung stimmt.

A very pleasant hotel and it is somewhere where I would be happy to stay at again.
Pros:

The bedroom was comfortable with an ensuite shower which was excellent and produced hot water when needed after a hard day skiing.
Breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice and they had a chef cooking eggs etc to order. The coffee was also excellent though any thing would be given I drink instant normally.
Although on half board we opted to eat in on some nights for a guest discounted price of euro 25 per head. A three course meal, sometimes a theme night and sometimes a buffet. All very good, especially the buffet.
Skis can be hired from Greenroom, just 100yds away and 15% discount for guests.

Cons:

A little far to the lift (10m walk) however I'm used to skiing to the door. Charging for coffee outside of breakfast hours. No kettle in room.
