A truly one-of-a-kind experience with exceptional service and a very welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly accommodating and responsive, even allowing me to check in as early as 10:00 a.m. after my long flight. The lobby service was excellent, and I really appreciated the extra hour granted for checkout to make my departure smoother.

Pros:

Pros:

Room size was very nice

Cons:

Construction outside property so road closed, No Broadcast TV stations, Plumbing explosion resulting in sewer gas smell, no anti slip strips or mat in shower the floor is glossy tile and I went flying across the shower brusiing my back

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, que cuente con desayuno y que todas las instalaciones estén muy limpias. Tienen un armario con clave para guardar tu equipaje si es que tu vuelo sale mucho tiempo después del check out.

Cons:

De la propiedad no puedo decir nada. Sí de la zona, está en obras desde hace mucho tiempo y se dificulta el acceso por los cierres de calle. Me pasó varias veces que los UBER se perdían antes de llegar dando vueltas. También, por las mismas obras, a veces había un excesivo ruido a máquinas.

Fun weekend
Pros:

Very welcoming fun place - great facilities - sauna much bigger than expected.

Cons:

No gym but great gym with day passes 15 min walk away. Extensive roadworks in the street outside during our stay were not great but nothing the hotel can do about that.
