Me hospedé en el hotel Lucania Palazzo Hotel durante 11 días y mi experiencia fue realmente excelente.

La estadía fue muy satisfactoria desde el primer momento. Todo el personal fue increíblemente amable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una atención cálida y humana que realmente marca la diferencia.

Además, tuve un imprevisto importante con mi vuelo de regreso. Había realizado mi check-out anticipadamente porque debía regresar antes, pero debido a fuertes vientos el avión no pudo aterrizar. Me comuniqué nuevamente con el hotel para explicar la situación y el equipo tuvo una enorme gentileza y disposición para colaborar conmigo en un momento complicado.

Quiero destacar especialmente la calidad humana del personal y el nivel de servicio recibido. Estoy sinceramente agradecida por toda la ayuda y el apoyo brindado.

Sin duda, cada vez que me toque volver a Comodoro Rivadavia por trabajo, me alojaré nuevamente allí.

Muchas gracias a todo el equipo del hotel por hacerme sentir acompañada y bienvenida en todo momento.

Fantastic hotel, great location, newly renovated rooms, excellent choice, great value
Pros:

Breakfast was good, great drip coffee. Great rolls. Lots of fruit options. Huevos revolutos. Hot water for thermos. The lobby is very comfortable.

The circulation pumps work, so when you turn on the hot water in the bathroom you don't have to wait for 20 minutes for the water to get to the 10th floor. Excellent.

Basement parking for motorcycles with elevator to parking level.

Cons:

Only one guest elevator is working, however if you go to the stairs, you can use the staff elevator if the primary one takes too long with other guests.
