This was our second time at Urban Valley and honestly we cannot fault the place. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities are everything you need for your stay in Malta. Plus the location is central making it easy to get around the island. Breakfast is also wonderful every morning and has lots of variety.

We really enjoyed our stay at Urban Valley Hotel! All of the staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful, Thank you!
The pool was really nice, clean and not too crowded. Happy hour cocktails(bogof) 5-6! 🍹
Our room was spotless, really nicely decorated and a lovely balcony.
Only tiny gripes were, we had dinner at the hotel one night and were disappointed with the quality of the food. Town is only a 5-10 minute cab ride (€7) .Other tiny thing was the pool is open to outside day guests, so on weekends it can get quite crowded and guests of the hotel can sometimes not get a seat.
We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with everything. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious with a great variety every day, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was very relaxing.
The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Imran, who took excellent care of us during our stay. He was always kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His outstanding service really made our holiday even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would love to come back in the future!
We thought our stay was very pleasing. The room was super nice and we liked the pool and the food.
Excellent stay in a rare green area of the Valletta area. The hotel is well situated to explore the island, offering shuttle bus service in the morning to get you out and about.
Rooms are well appointed, quite stylish in decor, and beds very comfortable. Having the option to store food in a fridge and prepare meals in rooms a bonus.
Pool areas are kept clean and tidy and we never found any issues finding free sun beds.
Spa area was not used too much, but appears well kept and a nice space. Gym facilities limited, but was far too hot to consider weights on our trip.
Staff were all lovely and very helpful, Imran on the front desk especially so.
Would be happy to stay again for a future trip to Malta.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay.
The hotel itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the balcony offered stunning views that made every morning feel special.
The facilities were excellent, especially the pool area, which was always clean and had plenty of sun loungers available. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of fresh, high-quality food, and every meal we had during our stay was delicious. The location was also perfect, with easy access to local restaurants, beaches, and attractions while still being peaceful and relaxing.
What really made this hotel stand out was the outstanding customer service. Every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. A big thank you to Bugdan and imran.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Malta. If you’re looking for exceptional service, beautiful facilities, and a relaxing holiday, this hotel is the perfect choice. Five stars without hesitation!
