Perfect location to walk into Kranska Gora. Beautiful facility.
Pros:

The location was excellent just as you enter the area. The reception staff was very helpful. The room clean and bed comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast, while a large array of foods, was not to our liking. When in Europe, we enjoy European breads which there was a limited selection of. Will grant that perhaps Europe has begun to favor softer breads.

An okay hotel, not worth the price
Pros:

It’s a good hotel, but the place feels a bit old for the price, especially considering it’s advertised as a resort. The breakfast was pretty good, at least!

Cons:

You don’t get many things included, especially considering it’s a 4-star hotel. Almost everything comes at an extra cost.

I was also very disappointed with the SPA area, where you even have to pay extra to use the sauna. Given the price of the hotel, I find this unreasonable.

The facilities were old and not particularly impressive. For example, we didn’t even have a kettle in the room to boil water.

On top of that, you’re not allowed to eat food from outside in the hotel’s common areas, which I found quite restrictive.

Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again. The hotel has potential, but the price doesn’t justify the experience.

Location of both hotels - staff

Cons:

We were moved to the nearby Kompass hotel due to a technical issue ?? - In Australia Ramada is 5 stars so when we were moved we expected 5 stars - after researching Ramada Kranjska Gora we saw quite a few poor reviews so the move to Kompass may have been lucky for us- No complaints with Ramada Staff- or Kompass staff - we just expected a higher standard

When we arrived , even our booking was confirmed, they could not find it because it was not entered in their system. But recepcionist solved it.

Pros:

The hotel just next to the ski resort, in the centre of Kranjska Gora, great breakfast with mountain view.
Pool available, bikers friendly. Reasonable price.
