Basic accommodation and terrible food

NOTHING everything was bad

Cons:

Extremely basic budget accommodation. Terrible communal spaces and lounge and food is atrocious. Everyone there was complaining especially about the food. I feel sorry for Italian and far east guests who were sold on the lovely brochure photos only to travel so far and arrive at this 'hotel'. Mauritius is beautiful and there are stunning hotels but this one is not one of them.

Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Manisa hôtel. L’accueil a été chaleureux. Le personnel a été prévenant et attentionné. Nous avons dîné à l’hôtel chaque soir; les repas étaient délicieux (repas vege indiens) et copieux. C’est sûr, nous reviendrons !

Pros:

Petit établissement, parfait lors de séjours avec enfants.
Petit déjeuner complet.
La chambre est propre avec la climatisation. Les serviettes sont changées tous les jours.

Cons:

État des chambres : en particulier la salle de bain, dont l’équipement est usé et vétuste. Il en va de même pour les espaces communs, notamment les toilettes de l’hôtel.

No Bottled Water supplied in the room 😔
Pros:

Hotel is right across from the main beach but needs some TLC. Breakfast was ok with choice of eggs & sausage & bacon. Staff at Breakfast, reception & our maid friendly and helpful rest of the staff couldn’t raise a smile or hello. It’s the first hotel we have stayed in that didn’t supply any bottled water at all and charged ridiculous prices at the bar, you can buy 2 bottles for the same price in the store just outside or 4 bottles at the main supermarket !!! Beach & some of the bars next to the hotel are very noisy on the weekends so bring ear plugs if you like an early night.
