Bon studio équipé à 2 pas du centre de Rhodes
Pros:

Studios confortables avec kitchenette. Assez proche du centre historique (env. 15-20 minutes à pied). La famille qui tient l’établissement est cordiale.

Kahvaltı oldukça yeterliydi. Konum itibariyle denize çok yakın, merkeze 15 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Küçük bir aile işletmesi, samimi, sıcakkanlı insanlardı.

On pouvait s’attendre à beaucoup mieux !
Pros:

La climatisation fonctionne bien. La piscine, aussi petite et sale soit-elle, a le mérite de permettre de se rafraîchir.

Cons:

La photo sur booking avec la vue sur la marina est trompeuse.
Il faut 1 heure marche pour rejoindre la ville. Le bâtiment est mal entretenu, le mobilier est ancien et usé, et l’ensemble est sale. Avec une note supérieure à 8 sur booking, on pouvait s’attendre à beaucoup mieux !

Pros:

Die Putzfrau (housekeeping) war super freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Die Zimmer waren dank Ihr ständig sauber.

Ruhige Lage, Kein Lärm.

Cons:

Rest der Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich.
Rezeption war selten belegt.
Zimmer war sehr veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig.
Kaum einer sprach Englisch.
Pool scheint nicht einladend, ich habe in einer woche Aufenthalt niemanden gesehen, der da drin war .

Meiner Meinung nach Aufkeinenfall 4 Sterne.

Rapport qualité / prix parfait!
Pros:

Etablissement parfaitement bien situé à 2min à pieds d'une plage et 15min du centre historique de Rhodes.
Petit déjeuner varié et copieux, qui change chaque jour.
Personnel sympathique et discret.

Pros:

Единственное , что можно к плюсам - это близость данного отеля к морю и пляжу. Идти всего около пяти минут.

Cons:

Я заказывал номер-студио на первом этаже по сезонному предложению(скидка около 75%). В итоге , это оказался номер в подвальном помещении с видом на забор дома напротив. Если это - патио, то очень оригинальное. В номере даже в самое солнечное время дня был полумрак. Только если открываешь дверь на полную - становилось светлее. Но сидеть с открытой дверью постоянно - это нонсенс, когда напротив окна целого многоэтажного дома. Вода в душевой и кухонной раковине проходила с огромным трудом. Кухня укомплектована довольно странным набором из разных предметов(поцарапанная сковорода, три вилки и две столовые ложки, два разных стакана) Если на ночь оставлять что-нибудь из продуктов открытым, то прийдет стая муравьев(оставили накрытым половину арбуза - утром муравьи сидели внутри этой половины). Постельное белье было с желтоватым оттенком. За всю неделю в номере ни разу не убирали и не меняли даже полотенца. Учитывая, что сушилок там не было , просушивать мокрые вещи приходилось на стульях во дворе, в котором нет солнечного света. О номерах на верхних этажах с балконами сказать ничего не могу.Да, и завтрак был довольно однообразный: все в основном жареное, помидоры и огурцы, арбуз, немного выпечки, вареные яйца, кукурузные хлопья, сыр и колбаса. Мы ходили на завтрак пару раз за неделю. В итоге, хотелось бы спросить у Booking : Вы владеете полной информацией о продукте, который предлагаете клиенту? Потому что то, за что я платил и то, что получил в итоге - это две большие разницы. Цена от которой шла сезонная скидка соответствует уровню самых дорогих отелей о.Родос.
P.S. Накануне отъезда я пообщался с парой, которая заехала в соседний с нашим номер. Они были в "тихом ужасе" от условий в которые они попали.

Pros:

Nous avons passer une excellente semaine à appartement confort hôtel , la propriétaire est très serviable elle nous a enregistré dès notre arrivée le matin et a accepté tout nos besoins au cours de la semaine, moi et mon épouse nous sommes très reconnaissants. Proche de tous commodité je recommande vivement cette établissement.

Service, as we have arrived after 10pm there was no one at the reception and at the end they didn’t know that we where coming and they gave us the worst room with broken toilet and smelly room.

Pros:

I found the Comfort to have a friendly and helpful staff. The views were amazing! I even had a staff member drive me 45 km to my next stop for a very reasonable rate. All in all it wasca great hotel!
