De omgeving was mooi en het personeel deed hun best maar zowel het eten als het verblijf was niet ok
Cons:

jacuzy in kamer was verzakt en er was veel schimmel aan de afdeklijst . Huisdieren welkom , op de kamer waren 2 bedjes en 4 eten/drinkbakjes TOP ! Maar in het restaurant en bij het ontbijt , op de eerste verdieping en 2 trappen weg , geen hondjes toegelaten . Zodus ergens allen in een voorkamer en alles zelf halen op een plateau . Een maal geweest maar niet meer .

Het zwembad

Cons:

De kamer was verouderd en leek niet op de foto's op de website. Badkamer was in slechte staat: kasten afgebladerd, dubbel bubbelbad was oud en knoppen afgebroken, urinoir trok niet door

Tot 23u en vanaf 7u luidt de klok. Dit is storend!
Hygiëne liet te wensen over

Like the swimming pool & massage chair

Cons:

Well there was a few things 1st we had to pay for tea on our arrival which did not get explain! Then the sink in 203 think that was the number we had to keep pulling to realise water from under the sink then Tv fell of the wall was not put on correctly! Also we would have eaten there far to expensive should do a deal for guests especially as we were there for two night ?

Relaxed verblijf in een smaakvol hotel
Pros:

De badkamer heeft een inloopdouche en een grote wastafel. Het zwembad is klein, maar kan je reserveren op bepaalde tijden. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en vers. De hotel zelf is de leukste locatie van het stadje Wiltz.

Cons:

Het stadje Wiltz is saai en heeft alleen het kasteel als bezienswaardigheid. Geen leuke oude straatjes zijn er te vinden.

Es hätte ausgezeichnet sein können
Es war alles da
Schwimmbad,schönes grosses Zimmer,schöner Biergarten...
ABER.....leider fehlte dazu einfach das gewisse Etwas, was ein gutes Hotel ausmacht.
Es schwebte über fast allem eine gewisse Nachlässigkeit...
Kaputte Birnen ,Steckdosen rausgerissen...man sah deutlich, es fehlt diesem bestimmt mal sehr gutem Haus Aufmerksamkeit und Pflege
Schade.....zumal der Preis durchaus gehobenen ist.
Das Personal scheint auch nicht sehr gerne dort zu arbeiten den Gesichtsausdrücken zu schließen

I always stay here for business trips to Wiltz
Pros:

Breakfast and restaurant are very good! Room always very spacious. Friendly staff. Uncomplicated to get in, despite very late arrivals.

De ligging,

Cons:

In het gebouw, onder onze kamer, was het zwembad. Dit geeft een nare geur door het gebouw en het zorgt ook voor extra warmte. Op hete dagen is dat niet fijn.
