Pros:

It smelled like weed, Crack heads roam property at night, my door was broken had to block with luggage, no toilet paper, hair all in tub,. I checked out in morning and canceled next two days. Manager sent you all requests to refund me two nights but you all still haven't refunded me. It could forever to get a customer service phone number for you all. You only have AI and that sucks it kept telling me it couldn't help contact customer service. I finally was able to speak to a human and issue is still not resolved. I went through you all to go to another hotel other two days and now im paying double. 😡How long is it going to take to resolve this and give me back money for those two days. You all have it posted as a 5 star you shouldn't have lied on that

My reservation for a handicap accessible room. My son is a handicap adult and need a first floor room. He uses crutches. He doesn’t have one leg. The gave me the 202,means 2 nd floor. Then no help to bring luggage to the room. A cigarettes stinky smell room , since you open the door. Wet floor, and 1/10 toilet paper roll. Bathroom tub retouch cracked
During the check out I gave him my concern to the staff and he said why I wait until the Ching out to complain. My response was that we were traveling FUSIO long and I already had talk the staffs d he raised his voice and he cut me off and said:, “have a nice day”. That was so rude

Pudo ser mejor
Pros:

La habitación estaba limpia y la cama muy cómoda. Me gustó que la habitación no tenga alfombra sino piso flotante.

Cons:

El tiempo que esperamos para el check in fue largo. No habían habitaciones listas y eran más de las 3pm.
A la mañana siguiente amanecimos con el piso mojado por agua que salía de la mini refrigeradora. Se mojaron nuestras maletas y las cosas que llevábamos dentro.
Hicimos check out temprano en la mañana (7:40) para salir al aeropuerto y no había nadie en recepción a quien entregar la llave. Tuvimos que dejarla en la habitación y más tarde comunicarnos con el hotel para hacerles saber que ya habíamos salido.

It was awesome the people in front office were super nice .
Pros:

The pool was a big plus because I have children , and I like that rooms are clean.

Cons:

I didn’t like you had to download an app to wash clothes so I had to leave and come back .
