Motel 6-Orlando, FL - Winter Park

El tiempo que esperamos para el check in fue largo. No habían habitaciones listas y eran más de las 3pm.
A la mañana siguiente amanecimos con el piso mojado por agua que salía de la mini refrigeradora. Se mojaron nuestras maletas y las cosas que llevábamos dentro.
Hicimos check out temprano en la mañana (7:40) para salir al aeropuerto y no había nadie en recepción a quien entregar la llave. Tuvimos que dejarla en la habitación y más tarde comunicarnos con el hotel para hacerles saber que ya habíamos salido.

I found few bugs in my room and door didn’t shut all way so it made me feel unsafe

The shower doesn’t get hot, it’s peeling at the bottom. there’s no top lock on the door, it looks like they took it away for some reason. I received the wrong room, I ordered a queen room and received a double full bed. There was no fridge or microwave or coffee maker. And the cleaner left their cleaning items on the shelf near the bathroom.

Começando pela recepção... atendimento pessimo, pessoas mal educadas, eu paguei pra fazer early checkin e quando cheguei la as 14:00 elas disseram que isso não exisitia, que seu eu paguei o problema não era deles... só consegui um quarto as 16:00. Os quartos são sujos e não fazem limpeza, nem pedindo! Tenho problemas de coluna então pedi um travesseiro extra, quase apanhei na recepção, depois disso não voltei mais la.!!!!! PÉSSIMO

I did not fact that I made reservation online. It said congratulations your reservation is confirmed! So I finally got to the motel. This women wanted to see my I'd, she gave back to me and told me sorry the reservation did not go though and she have charge me more at the motel then the online price. So as of now I am sitting at a bus stop in the dark streets waiting for the next day became light. Immediately thought this was a scam.
