Pros:

The softness of the bedding(linens)
felt really great, and the pillows and slippers were of very high quality. However, I can’t say the same for the shampoo and hair conditioner. Also, we had requested a French bed, but since the bed was made by joining two separate beds, it wasn’t comfortable. Just keep in mind during check-in that complimentary water is provided.

Cons:

In terms of location, it is a bit far from nightlife and touristic squares.

Amazing place near the city center. The rooms are very modern and nicely furnished, with all the required necessities. The design of the hotel has a very modern and youthful feel, with a coherent red palette that is present throughout all elements of the design. The staff is very lovely and helpful. The hotel also has a great breakfast with a nice variety of foods, catering to everyone's needs. Overall, a great experience, and I sure will be back again!

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel.

Real hospitality
Pros:

I’d like to highlight the staff. They really made a stay special. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly and hospitable, and it’s a huge rarity and worth a lot. If the management reads this, please know that reception officers and restaurant stuff deserve all the love and bonuses.

The hotel itself is great, too. Not a single complaint, my stay was perfect.
