Pros:

We were a group of 3 and had a great stay at Lakeside for 5 nights. The location. The breakfast. The staff were exceptional. Special mention has to go to Emma and Kauã in Sena restaurant in the complex. They made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. They never rushed us. The food there was exceptional. Breakfast every morning there and we had lunch a few times there too. And if you’re looking for a jug of white sangria…Kauã is the man! You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be coming back. We’re already planning our trip back to Lakeside next year! Mary, Ann and Jules.

Exclusive and quiet area, Apartment very well equipped including washer/dryer.
Pros:

Very nice and spacious two bedroom/two bathroom apartment. Easy access. Comfortable beds, Dozens of UK TV channels......so unusual in foreign hotels.

Cons:

It is not that we didn't like.......but the site is much smaller than anticipated. The pools are very very small.....everything looks big on the website photos!! Breakfast was fair to middling... but not as good as would be expected. (Main reason is that the restaurant is catering for a small number of guests....so is is reflected in the choice of breakfast items.)
The restaurant was only open for breakfasts and lunch (though we did not visit the restaurant during the day)

Location area was beautiful but no shops or services near by & you require a car or a lot of Ubers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lakeside from start to finish , will definitely be booking again

Firstly the location was super for our wedding in Casa do Lago
The cleanliness was second to none and staff were so obliging
