住宿地點在鳳山火車站旁邊，左右也都有餐飲店及便利商店。
櫃台服務人員熱情親切。2人睡4人房，也提供4份早餐。

Cons:

房間wifi完全連不上，用自己手機網路訊號也偏弱（越往房間深處更弱）。
浴室衛生紙架的位置很不順，因在側邊的裡面，施力方向會導致紙捲一直被拉出來掉到地上。
雙床房（四人房，無窗）房間偏小，如果真以4位一起入住的話會很擁擠。
浴室是磨砂半透明門。

洗手台設置在外面很奇怪，蓮蓬頭的門無法關起來！隔音設備不太好！
