Everything else was awful

Called two days prior to confirm, staff indicated t we did not have booking. Bedsheets had hair and pubic hairs. Towels were worn out and stained. Motel written literature states service given if called before 11am. Manager states that they did not have room service when requested. Night staff treats you as a bother and Mr. R states that he didn't like being there when pointed to his poor attitude.

Location was great, hotel. Bad smell pillows on bed, horrible and I have never in my life had to show id for everyone in my case myself and wife to stay in a hotel. I guess you can say it was shelter.

Roaches

Short on towels. The WiFi was spotty other than that no other issues

Not provided the services as described. We arrived at 2:00 PM, and when we asked for our rooms, we were told check-in was at 3:00 PM and that we would have to wait an hour. They also said that if we wanted to check in early, we had to pay an extra $20. We paid the fee, but we still didn’t receive the keys to our two rooms until 4:00 PM. If they couldn’t provide the rooms on time, they should have refunded the early check-in fee.

We booked our rooms almost a month in advance, so they should have been ready. Instead of giving us two rooms next to each other, they placed one room on one side of the building and the other room on the opposite side, which was very inconvenient for our family.

There was no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms, even though I paid extra for two rooms with refrigerators.

When I spoke to the front desk staff about these issues, she was very rude and told me, “If you want to stay, you can. Otherwise, find another place.”

We had elderly family members with us who had to wait for over an hour, making the experience even more frustrating.

The service was terrible. I would not recommend this Motel 6 to anyone, and I definitely will not stay here again.

It was kinda dirty. It didn't seem like they vacuumed. Certainly didn't seem like they mopped. The bathtub/shower combo- the bottom of the bathtub was SUPER warped. It seems like it fell of a truck on the freeway and it got ran over and they still installed it.

Small room, no place to sit except on beds and one chair.

Sheets were stained. Sink was clogged. Bugs in the room.

Es gab kein "Regal" wo die Handtücher auf meinem Zimmer waren, die lagen eben so rum.
Ich habe extra für Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle bezahlen müssen.

The AC did not work and you can hear screaming in the hallways in the middle of the night

Everything else absolutely horrific. Invested with roaches. Disgusting floors. I didn’t feel safe touching anything in the room. Rather sleep in my car. Disgusting! Needs to close down and disinfect everything. Needs better cleaning staff. All they do is change the bedding and sweep. The bedding even had black stains. Second room we moved into because we were placed in the wrong room the first time. Second room
Smelled like straight alcohol and cigarettes. Smoked stains on the sheets. Horrific dirty floors. A blind person could see how dirty and unsanitary everything in that room is. Disturbed is an understatement!

Cleanliness of room. Smelled like urine. Bed sheets seemed like they weren’t washed, like somebody just slept in them. Bathroom was filthy. Towels hard and scratchy. No condiments like shampoo. Thanks to Kiki the manager for at less giving me a discount on my second night. She must be used to that. Hire better housekeepers.

Need new mattresses they were old and lumpy. Need to pressure wash grounds/walk ways at least once a week. Needs mini fridge. Need to sweep/skim pool daily.

The front desk is very bad attitude.
