Pros:

Close to everything you would want! Beds were firm but comfortable. Staff Kiki and Amy were nice and helpful

Cons:

Smelled of cigarettes!! And the tub was very slippery!

Lo único que tiene es buena ubicación pero es lo único de ahí en más está mejor quedarte en la calle que quedarte a dormir ahí adentro

La verdad le falta todo carece de buen personal carece de mantenimiento carece de higiene tuvo unas goteras que hacían ruidos no dejaban dormir las camas al acostarme me hicieron sarpullido en mi piel tuve que abandonar al momento busqué otro lugar quiero el reembolso porque no lo utilicé a la hora de que llegué me salí y busqué otro dónde quedarme

Overall, it was a horrible experience.
Pros:

Nothing to like in this hotel

Cons:

The room had no outside window, only one facing the interior corridor. For privacy, it had to stay closed because anyone walking by could see directly inside. This made the room dark, stuffy, and uncomfortable, with no fresh air or natural light. The mattress was old, and the springs were pinching my back, making it difficult to sleep. Room cleaning service was not available on a daily basis, and no basic toiletries like toothpaste or a toothbrush were provided. There was also no wake-up call service. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and the lack of comfort and amenities made my stay very unpleasant. The actual experience did not match the listing on Booking.com. I would not recommend this property.

It was nice and peaceful.
Pros:

The location was perfect. the rooms were very clean and just right for what we needed it for. The staff was accommodating and kind. I would definitely go there again.

Cons:

The only issues we had was the air conditioner wasn't cold enough. Also we requested a bottom floor room and was not able to get it.

Very disappointed. Had to leave due to awful conditions.

Very dirty and uncomfortable. Changed rooms 3 times and every room was awful. Only was refunded for one of the 2 days booked. Couldn’t even stay one night. Had to leave and find another hotel.
