They had a leaking ac where I could have slipped and hurt myself they had blood stains on the mattress and the TV didn't even work

Pros:

The price and the location to Legoland

Cons:

Keys didn’t work. Rooms were dirty. Toilet and shower was broken. Riff raff around the hotel felt very unsafe. Check in took a long time. No clue where our room was. We had to walk around.

The property was fine . I kept having my reservation payment not go through and the agent called and was told they would keep the same reservation and I could pay at the counter. They said that I could not keep the reservation. Booking continue to call me and the hotel the hotel when I got to the counter said they never spoke with a booking agent . Then kept the phone off the hook. I called booking and spoke with a different agent and they called and was told the same thing. I booked a different room . I had to pay 4.00 more then the first agent from booking that spoke to the gentleman at the counter was told the same thing.

the air conditioning does not work the e window didn't open we were melting the entire time. bugs were in the room. no microwave or fridge, it was awful. never again.

Horrible don’t stay here
Pros:

The location was great because it was just 10 minutes from where we need it to go. The room was a mess. It was dirty the sheets at the curtains. Old. We didn’t have enough towels. We didn’t have enough toilet paper. We didn’t have enough soap. It was no coffee and we had cockroaches. We saw them on the last day and we told the lady at the front and she only said oh I’m sorry. This is just unacceptable. I trouble with my family and with my son. How can you guys have cockroachesin the rooms? I have plenty of pictures.

Cons:

Did you guys need new mattresses you guys need new sheets you guys need better towels they were so thin and dirty. We had to go get more because they look like used. You guys need to get new curtains and get a pest control company.

Pros:

ALL THE PICTURES FROM THIS PLACE ARE INACURATE, PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN, WE HAD TO MOVE ROOMS BECAUSE ROOM WAS DIRTY FOUND USED CONDOMS NEAR THE BEDS, DIRTY USED TOWELS AS WELL I WANT A REFUND.
