The front desk staff went above the norm to provide exceptional customer service.

Unable to check in at first because employee was clocked out. So three guests were waiting for her to clock in, including one that just had to drop his key off, so he waited for 15 minutes just for her to say he didn’t have to wait, but all she would say is she couldn’t work.
Room was in disrepair with floorboards separating and a base board falling off in the bathroom. The floor was heavily stained and discolored as well. We also had one towel to share for a family of 4, once we realized we had one towel after checking in, we tried to go to the office, but it was locked with no employees.
The beds were absolutely horrendous and the bedding did not adequately fit on the bed.

The room are really dirty and have a moldy smell. The staff are rude and unprofessional. Rooms don’t have ac like it’s listed. Other people complained at the office about roaches in the microwaves brought up to their room since they don’t have rooms with microwave’s or mini refrigerators.

Staff wasn't helpful. Well I paid for a deluxe room didn't have refrigerator the door didn't even lock the curtains were eaten with moth holes in them they didn't even have a proper air conditioning it was hard to even try to get another room so I had to cancel my room booking
This is and was the most disappointing experience in my history of staying at hotels or motels. 40 yrs of travel and never in my life have I encountered such scum. The staff and rooms were awful.

Room had a dirty stained towel for me. Shower was cracking and had black mold in cracks. AC & remote did not work.
