Pros:

Das Hotel war früher ein Spital, von Diakonissinnen geführt. Das merkt man heute noch, so viel Charme und Liebe zum Detail. Die Lage ist optimal beim Fährhafen.
Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und hat erst noch früher geöffnet für die early birds welche die Fähre erreichen mussten.

Lovely old hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a pretty location near the water.
Beautiful old building and a nice size room.
Breakfast was fabulous catering to a variety tastes.
2 min walk to the bus stop.
Plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Had to negotiate a spiral staircase with bags.

Pros:

Vackert stort rum med utsikt. Nära flera bussar. Lugnt område.

Cons:

Toalettstolen rann högljutt efter varje spolning, konstant. (rum 25).Jag fick som tur var hjälp av en vän att prova olika tips som till sist fick stopp på skvalandet annars hade jag inte kunnat sova. Eftersom det inte fanns bemanning på kvällen så kunde jag inte anmäla till personalen.

Lad ikke hotellets navn afskrække... her er dejligt!
Pros:

Smuk sted med karakter og historie, og skøn beliggenhed. transport til centrum lige rundt om hjørnet. Lækker morgenmad!
meget venlig personale, stor enkeltværelse. Lille the køkken på gangen med køleskab og mikrobølgeovn til fri afbenyttelse..dejlig overraskelse!
I gang afstand til færgeterminalen (ned af bakken!)... eller blot et par stop med bussen. Og god transport til centrum et par minutters gang fra hotellet.
Jeg ærgede mig over at jeg kun skulle være der én nat.... vil meget gerne have besøgt det lille museum (hotellet har været en Diakonisse- ledet sygeplejeskole) eller spist på hotellets restaurant som ligger i en separat bygning vis-a-vis hotellet, og som har det mest vidunderlige terrasse med udsigt over vandet til Djurgården. Til gengæld ved jeg hvad jeg skal forære min mand i fødselsdagsgave!

Cons:

Jeg ankom efter aftale sent, så der var selv-check in hvilket fungerede meget fint - lige bortset fra, at jeg så ikke havde mulighed for bruge " elevator-ruten" til mit værelse ... jeg er dårlig gående og booker altid hotel med elevator når jeg rejser alene. Jeg måtte desværre klare to sæt trapper med tunge kufferter...en ok bred op men så ned ad en scary vindle trappe! Havde jeg fået oplyst dette på forhånd ville jeg havde booket et værelse i "hovedbygningen" da elevatoren til de værelser var tilgængelig også efter at personalet var gået hjem.
Men... så ved jeg dét til næste gang .... fordi det er absolut ikke sidste gang jeg vil tilbage til dette dejlig hotel!

Es muy simple pero no es fácil encontrar algo bueno por este precio en Estocolmo. Así que nos quedamos satisfechos. Era cómodo, estaba limpio y también nos gustó el desayuno.

Practical and clean stay close to ferry terminal.
Pros:

The hotel was a 10 minute walk to the ferry we were getting from Stockholm to Mariehamn. Great bar with view over the harbour.
