You can’t serve your plate and you only get served very little food

clean good water pressure wifi the staff helped me book ubers there aer 2 restaurants and a coffee shops a short walk away

No mini fridge, no phones, no safe. Not near any shopping and e erywhere u went, u had to get a taxi. The resort was older and the swipe cards had to b reactivated at least 3 times a day. 1-2 days but no more for this resort

great place and price cheap ubers to local resterants in bucerius no pool loungers no glasss or face cloths in room stayed 9 days and would stay again

Really bad customer service, the lock to my door was not working property. The elevator panel was broken. There is no sign on the main road so it's hard to find.

Room was very basic. No plugs beside the bed, so the bedside lamps were just for decoration; not operational. Light by the door did not turn off all night. Room was bare, no art or colour. Pool was cold. Breakfast was very limited and not very good.

A great stay for 17 nights and would recommend this place to all !! Super great staff by the way !!

My bad, didn't realize that only a Mexican style breakfast was served, then the restaurant closed for the day. No ice machine.

Happy Birthday Sis. We got here with no trouble and the weather is good. Little cooler than last year, 23-28. Zaq and Saraarrived yesterday afternoon. On the bus today for about 3 hours to get to Barra de Navidad.

The hotel is very pleasant. Not too big,quiet and very clean, which was very important to me. The breakfast were good, the service was nice,and the area with the swimming pool was very well kept. I am very pleased with my stay. The hotel is worth recommending to others.

limpieza en camas y toallas muy limpias y regular el cuarto por donde veias .....mucho polvo por esos lugares y consecuentemente sucio o polvosas algunas mesas en comedor ....amables todo el personal con quien interactue.

Property is driving distance to the town of Bucerías. We rented a vehicle, so we were able to move around with no problem. The hotel had what we needed A/C, good bed and good bathroom. Very clean facilities. The breakfast was just okay. Coffee was not good at all.
This was a spur of the moment trip and this hotel fit our budget.

The wifi did not work properly in the rooms.
And no place to eat dinner close by. Only a restaurant thats a 15 minutes walk.

The pool was the best part. Not much privacy in the rooms. They only offered one key making it difficult for family sharing the room.

Very nice hotel. Especially for the price.
Kind of out on its own, kind of in a commercial area. But quick uber ride to bucerias.
