Pros:

We had to cancel our stay but we have stayed here in the past and it’s charming! Staff, rooms, food and bar are all great! We will stay again.

BEWARE! -Inaccurate, misleading pictures of “Premium Room.”

The Booking.com description of the pool area was accurate.

Cons:

The Booking.com description of the “Premium Room” is COMPLETELY inaccurate. All of this motel, NOT hotel, rooms have loud, obtrusive IN- Wall air conditioning units which constantly cycle on and off during the entire night on Eco-Mode’ (according to the motel’s management). These awful units are NOT PICTURED AT ALL on the Booking.com descriptions of these particular rooms, or any of the other rooms listed on their website. Please see attached photos of the air conditioning unit and large 3 inch gap underneath the exterior door. The gap under the door permits constant dirt, noise, and dust to enter the room. We had to place a bath towel underneath because it was that bad. As a Booking.com Genius Level 3 member, I’d highly recommend that you stay far away from this place, unless you’re not intending to sleep there during the night.

The location was terrible. Next to freeway. In bad side of town. Next to a closed down motel and old motel six. If the price has reflected that it would have been fine. But I feel I paid way too much for a revamped motel.

I would recommend this hotel for families.
Pros:

The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Food was excellent. The cook made us a a great lunch. Pool was warm and clean. Check in and out very easy. Good location for our visit.
