Pros:

Customer service was horrible the lady at the front seat and titled and so rude we didn't end up staying there we ended up leaving so I lost my $100 deposit

Much better . Grateful staff was accommodating. Didn’t smell. The floor though , I showered and walked around my room only. My feet were black and dirty, the floor wasn’t mopped. The AC could not be lowered-to turn it off I unplugged it . The arrows to change the temp didn’t work It was freezing all night .

I recently had a stay at flagstaff Voco that was great all around but trying to make the same experience at this tuxon l

Black smudges greeted me before I laid on the bed comforted also I all under the sheets i found pube hair and dirt that couldn’t be me because I checked in at 10:30pm and was out by 11:45pm due to a lingering fume that smelt like a honest sewage problem that my room frangrence spray couldn’t mask

It was totally worth it to pre purchase the breakfast online. Upon check in we received our breakfast coupons to use each morning. So worth it! They also gave us some drink coupons to use at the bar. The hotel was gorgeous and staff was wonderful. Also the gate made us feel safer.

Cons:

The bathroom has a barn door which sucks for privacy while you’re trying to poop.
