Over charged

Pros:

I was hoping for a buffet style breakfast. Not a lot of choices.

Cons:

Driving up I was not impressed but the inside lobby/bar area and the pool were amazing as were the inside of the rooms.

Cons:

There was no parking at the time of check in. I was informed to park in a dirt lot away from the facility. Parking was given to people who bought a day pass and not to people who paid for a room. The staff at the bar was rude.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

I like the breakfast it was actually quite tasty and hotel room were nice and clean, nicely decorated. The A/C was little strong in the hotel rooms but i just wrapped up in more blankets

Cons:

AC was little too strong and didn't regulate to a higher temperature well

Pleasant and close drive to the U of A
Pros:

The suite was very spacious. The property was dog friendly. The staff were helpful and very accommodating. The lock was broke on the suite we had booked so we switched rooms for a night even though they called maintenance in that night to fix it. We were exhausted from traveling and they were understanding. Gave us a new room and fixed the suite the next day first thing.

Cons:

There wasn’t a lot in walking distance. It is right off the highway.

Friendly staff, great amenities
Pros:

The amenities were impeccable! We enjoyed the breakfast voucher- one of the best I’ve had! Also, the staff was super accommodating and friendly :) we enjoyed our stay and will be back!!
