Cons:

Charging for the use of the palapas.
We purchase food and alcohol....and are frequently guests....this should be an amenity for guests...not an additional charge.

Very stylish and fun place to stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious. A nice variety of items on the menu.

Cons:

We never received butter but the person waiting on us was busy trying to manage the bar, take breakfast orders, and bring orders to the guests.

Cons:

Me tocó una habitación con mucho ruido de la autopista. Cuando te dejan en el buró al lado de la cama tapones para los oídos no es una buena señal.

BEWARE! -Inaccurate, misleading pictures of “Premium Room.”

The Booking.com description of the pool area was accurate.

Cons:

The Booking.com description of the “Premium Room” is COMPLETELY inaccurate. All of this motel, NOT hotel, rooms have loud, obtrusive IN- Wall air conditioning units which constantly cycle on and off during the entire night on Eco-Mode’ (according to the motel’s management). These awful units are NOT PICTURED AT ALL on the Booking.com descriptions of these particular rooms, or any of the other rooms listed on their website. Please see attached photos of the air conditioning unit and large 3 inch gap underneath the exterior door. The gap under the door permits constant dirt, noise, and dust to enter the room. We had to place a bath towel underneath because it was that bad. As a Booking.com Genius Level 3 member, I’d highly recommend that you stay far away from this place, unless you’re not intending to sleep there during the night.

The location was terrible. Next to freeway. In bad side of town. Next to a closed down motel and old motel six. If the price has reflected that it would have been fine. But I feel I paid way too much for a revamped motel.
