buena localización pero necesita actualizar bastante las habitaciones
Pros:

la ubicación y servicio.
está situada en el centro del pueblo de San Agustín pero alejado de la zona más ruidosa (por la carretera principal pasan cientos de motos continuamente)

Cons:

el tamaño de la habitación es muy pequeña.
No hay armario para colgar la ropa y apenas ventilación. La ventana de la habitación está ubicada en un patio comunitario por donde pasan todos los huespedes y eso supone que no se puede abrir con tranquilidad.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and fantastic views from the terraces!
We had stayed a night at another hotel in the town and it was unclean and the staff were very rude so it was great to end up somewhere so friendly.

Cons:

It was just a shame the jacuzzi wasn't in action for our stay but it didnt make any difference.

Perfect value for money - recomended for longer stay
Pros:

We enjoyed the room with a balcony overlooking the street and daily cleaning service (we stayed 3 nights). The room was spacious and the furniture throughout the hotel had a lovely rattan style. The host helped us excellent with excursions during all three days.

Cons:

Breakfast has space for improvement. And bath was not working properly- water pressure was ok, but poor drainage.

Lovely place, well looked after, great hosts and breakfasts. Junior suite was really comfortable and spacious.

When I need take the night bus Bogota，I can take a free shower in hotel when the weather is so hot.

Cons:

The staffs cannot speak English,
