The apart hotel is located adjacent to the beach of Agia Fotini and you can easily go for a swim with in a few meters from your room. The lady in the reception welcomed us in front of the hotel and helped us to carry our luggage with electric car. They are managing the restaurant opposite of the reception office and the food was delicious both for the breakfast and dinner.
Agia Fotini is a nice place to stay in Chios and if you have a car you can go to villages (Pyrgi, Mesta, Olimpiu) and other beaches (Mavra Voglia, Agia Dynami) within 30 - 40 minutes. Our room is serviced and cleaned daily during our stay for 5 nights. We had a big refrigerator and a kitchen in our room where you can cook your own food if you want. Definitely, recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing holiday.

The property is not really accessible by vehicles, so our taxi had to drop us approx a 5 min walk away.

We arrived on Saturday afternoon and the beaches were crowded.
Unfortunately, we had not been forwarded the check in details prior to our arrival, so finding the property proved very frustrating.
Thankfully, a lovely greek family helped us and rang the owners.
They eventually arrived, but the unital greeting was less than friendly.
To say the room was small is an understatement.
One small wardrobe, a tiny bathroom, with a shower cubicle that was only just big enough to turn around in! Bedroom was ok, but included a sink and small cooking area. There was a small balcony, just enough for 2 people.
However, the views were amazing and the distance to the beach was perfect.
The reception for our accommodation was a walk away in a sister hotel, with it's own restaurant opposite.
The owners work predominantly from here which explained why there is no check in at our apartments.
Here we were greeted totally different.
It is a family run business, and all were very friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was amazing, with so much choice. Evening meals again, lots of choice, all home cooked and lovely.

There is no supermarket in the village and only about 6 bars/ restaurants.
We only stayed 2 nights so didn't hire a car, but i would strongly recommend hiring one for longer stays.

Wi-Fi çalışmıyordu. Onun dışında herşey çok iyiydi. Çok memnun kaldık.

This property is extremely clean and taken good care of by the owners. I can recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, man fühlt sich wohl und alle sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Besitzer kümmern sich um jedes anliegen und kümmern sich rührend um einen.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Reinigungskraft - sie ist so gründlich das hab ich noch nie gesehen.
Danke an das ganze Team, war eine schöne zeit.

Fantastiskt boende med en fantastisk uteplats högst upp i huset. Måste upplevas. Trevliga och hjälpsamma värdar.

Close to the sea

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο, άνετο δωμάτιο, ωραία τοποθεσία. Η φιλοξενία των ιδιοκτητών ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή.

Konum,hijyen,hizmet her şey çok iyiydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Not a thing to complain about. Great hospitality. Helpful staff. We had a quiet family room overlooking the sea. Fridge and stove in the room. Clean, highly comfortable establishment. A perfect stay. I'd go back. Special thanks to Rose.

sessiz, huzurlu, temiz bir ortamda cana yakın, ilgili insanların olduğu harika manzaraya sahip bir otel. tekrar sakıza gidersek gene bu oteli tercih ederiz.

Hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom is small, but this hasn't been important to us. The only important thing is malfunctioning WiFi. Other than that, remember carrying your own beach towels. The sea and the beach (w blue flag) are great to swim. We definitely recommend this hotel and would like to stay again.

Çok güzeldi, size rezervasyon yaparken 1 ad 2 kisilik 1 ad 3 kişilik oda olarak istedim, fakat 2 ad 2 kişilik oda rezerve etmişler sizden gelen email i gösterip izah etmeye çalıştılar.

Sessiz, sakin, harika. büyüleyici bir denız ve Taşlık sahıller. Çok iyi ve güleryüzle personel. Otelin çevresinin sağladığı iyi bir tatil için gerekli uygar cafeler, restoranlar ve sevecen insanlar. Theoxenia ve triantafyllia ya çok teşekkürler.

Die Zimmer sind etwas griechisch, auch die neu renovierten!
Theoxenia und Ilioxenia gehörten zusammen und es gibt ganz unterschiedliche Zimmerkategorien. Im Ilioxenia werden gerade die Zimmer renoviert - trotzdem alles eher griechisch. Dafür aber ein guter Preis und teilweise toller Meerblick.
Beim Theoxenia muss man noch dazusagen, dass es ein paar Schritte von der Platia entfernt ist und dass man dort mehr Ruhe hat. Dafür aber keine Liegen direkt davor am Strand.
