Irretocável. Alimentação digna de um rei. A atenção do pessoal do restaurante e do bar foram excelentes.

Cons:

A enorme dificuldade em acessar o hotel com veículo, pois o local possui restrições e barreiras nas vias que impedem a chegada ao hotel. As informações dadas foram insuficientes para o estacionamento e o desembarque. Mesmo informando a necessidade de estacionamento, no momento não havia vaga.

Pros:

Sehr schönes grosses Zimmer mit Balkon.
Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und grosszügig gestaltete mit diversen Saunas und vielen verschiedenen Ruheplätzen. Das Schwimmbad ist ebenfalls sehr gross und sieht wunderschön aus. Insgesamt ansprechend und perfekt zum entspannen.
Auch die Bar ist sehr ansprechend und lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Das Personal war durchs Band sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Cons:

Allgemein könnte noch etwas mehr auf Deko für das Ambiente wert gelegt werden. Im Wellnessbereich zb. mit schönen grossen Laternen. Auch der Essenbereich könnte noch etwas "Pep" durch Deko bekommen. Das ist aber "Jammern auf hohem Niveau"😉

Soweit gut, bis auf Rezeption und Abstriche im Zimmer.
Besonderen Dank an den Kellner, Herr Zsolt, sehr nett und aufmerksam!

Cons:

Das Zimmer 328 war wohl das älteste im Hause (schon 4x dort), trotz abgestellter Heizung viel zu warm, wir hatten immer das Fenster offen und der Badheizkörper konnte gar nicht abgestellt werden.
Die Rezeption hat das Zimmer am Abreisetag bereits um 09:00 an einen neuen Gast vergeben, obwohl wir noch drin waren und das Zimmermädchen noch nicht gereinigt hatte, dadurch wurde unsere Zimmerkarte ungültig. Das Zimmermädchen hat uns dann aufgemacht.
Das darf nicht sein!!

В нашому номері було дуже спекотно! Замість ванної хотілося би мати душеву кабіну! Унітаз треба замінити негайно! Йому вже мабуть 20 років і він дуже брудний від старості!( для готелю такого рівня це сором!)
