man konnte mit dem Lift nicht bis zum Zimmer, die 5. Etage erreicht man nur über die Treppe
Haarföhn war nicht zu gebrauchen, stellte nach 1-2 Minuten ab
1 Nachttischlampe ist defekt.
das Sofa war nicht sehr komfortabel
die Duschtüre klemmte

Perfect ski and spa spot
Pros:

It was absolutely gorgeous. The room was huge and clean, I loved the toiletries. The spa was very clean and elegant, with many choices. FYI, it is nudist-friendly. The breakfast was perfect. The bar has several comfy rooms. The location is central, very close to the railway and bus station, surrounded by restaurants. I would recommend it to people who did not come for a loud party, it is a place for relaxation.

Cons:

My only suggestion is to provide directions for getting to the hotel by car, as it is in the very centre, and most access ways are closed, so it is not very clear how you are supposed to arrive there.

The swimming pool experience was disturbing.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very good and the staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The swimming pool allowed naked guests! It was very unpleasant to swim in the pool amongst naked middle aged men who were exposing themselves in a very inappropriate manner. I travel a lot everywhere in the world and I never have stayed in the hotel where a swimming pool allows naked guests. It was very uncomfortable.

Wir haben nur mit Frühstück gebucht gehabt. Die Tische sind leider für Gäste mit Halbpension reserviert. Aber es gibt andere Räume für Gäste mit NUR Frühstuck. Habe mich da beschwert. >> Platzmangel!

Irretocável. Alimentação digna de um rei. A atenção do pessoal do restaurante e do bar foram excelentes.

Cons:

A enorme dificuldade em acessar o hotel com veículo, pois o local possui restrições e barreiras nas vias que impedem a chegada ao hotel. As informações dadas foram insuficientes para o estacionamento e o desembarque. Mesmo informando a necessidade de estacionamento, no momento não havia vaga.
