Genussvoller Pärchenurlaub
Pros:

Das Personal und die Lage des Hotels waren großartig. Direkt in der Fußgängerzone und mitten im Geschehen. Die Mitarbeiter immer sehr höflich und für Sonderwünsche offen. Auch die Halbpension war wirklich Klasse. Ob das Frühstücksbuffet oder auch das üppige und hochwertige Abendmenü. Großes Kompliment an das Küchenpersonal. Der Spa und Wellnessbereich ließen auch keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Cons:

Was sehr ungünstig war, dass es im Zimmer keine Klimaanlage gab und wir daher immer die Balkontür öffnen mussten. Direkt vor unserem Hotel war zum einen die Fußgängerzone und am späten Abend war es teilweise sehr laut. Zudem lag die Küche des benachbarten Restaurants gegenüber unseres Zimmers und auch hier wurden noch nach 22.00Uhr die Arbeiten verrichtet mit offener Tür. So war ein entspanntes Einschlafen fast unmöglich. Im Wellnessbereich war alles sehr gepflegt, nur die Decken der Duschen und die Brausen sollten erneuert werden.

Perfekt für eine kurze Auszeit.
Pros:

Das Essen (Halbpension) war super!
Sehr geräumiges Zimmer.
Einrichtung und Ambiente in Bar und Restaurant sind sehr einladend.

Cons:

Im Spa-Bereich wäre es schön gewesen, wenn Handtücher zum Tausch bereitliegen würden. Auf Nachfrage haben wir aber frische bekommen.
Der große Pool könnte ein wenig wärmer sein.

Pros:

Die Lage , das weibliche Frühstücks Personal war sehr freundlich und an der Rezeption wurden wir freundlich behandelt.

Cons:

Bar Mitarbeiter war mega unfreundlich. Beim Frühstück kamen wir uns vor wie bittsteller um einen Tisch zu bekommen. 30 leere Tische alle reserviert und wir bekamen keinen Tisch. Das männliche Personal im Frühstücksraum war wenig wertschätzend und unfreundlich.Pool war zu kalt.

Absolutamente nao vale a pena. Horrível, com exceção do cafe da manha e camas confortaveis.
Pros:

Funcionarios gentis. A cama é confortavel. Cafe da manha muito bom e completo. Limpeza ok.

Cons:

Nao faz sentido que sejam 4 estrelas e tenha esse preco. A piscina principal estava fria, e por isso sempre vazia. Desde o comeco tinham pantufas usadas na porta do nosso quarto que permaneceram ali por toda a estadia. A decoracao é bizarra, muito antiga, moveis velhos e gastos. No jantar, vários pratos que eram extremamente decorados mas de pessima qualidade (por exemplo, o prato principal era simplesmente uma carne com legumes cozidos e um pure horrível). Me senti num filme trash dos anos 80, parecia uma pegadinha. A única coisa boa eram as camas muito confortaveis e cafe da manha.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und grosszügig. Das Frühstück sehr reichlich und grosse Auswahl. DAs Abend essen war top!

Cons:

Das öffentliche Restaurant was sehr schlecht betreut. Viele auswärtige Gäste, die nicht wussten, dass man in der Bar selber bestellen und Getränke holen konnten, gingen wieder... schade!!! Am Samstag war auf einmal, kein Personal mehr Vorort, und das ca. 20.45h
