Quality of the beds very poor, we both woke up with back ache, Poor quality of pillows. Air conditioning was not working on 2nd night, called reception nobody got phone. At the reception we were informed that use of spa was not included in our stay. No extractor fan and hooks for clothes in bathroom. Smell of dust in bathroom. Despite of staying 4 days all padle courts were fully booked!
