Cons:

Água fria em piscinas interiores, pequeno almoço fraco, supostamente tínhamos direito a 2 garrafas de água todos os dias ao deram 2 dias. Falta de conhecimento em relação à Sauna. Manutenção na piscina acho que se esqueceram muitas funções estragadas. Minha opinião sincera não merece ser considerado um hotel de 4 estrelas. Muito fraco

Problème de chauffage de l'eau à la piscine intérieure ainsi qu'au spa, ce qui ne nous a pas été précisé par la réception.

Que maravilha de lugar. Adoramos tudo! Desde os funcionários, instalações, comida(nossa ..que comida boa 😋)
Espero poder voltar em breve pra apreciar isto tudo mais uma vez.

Cons:

As raquetes e bolinhas de tênis poderiam estar em melhores condições. Se trocarem os grips das raquetes, já ajuda bem.

Adorei a simpatia dos funcionários, a limpeza e o espaço super clean, tudo bem organizado, piscina interior fantástica

Cons:

A única coisas que achei menos boa era as almofadas seres muito moles mas tem sempre la umas mais duras e o facto de ser cama twin as vezes é desconfortável
