Adorei a simpatia dos funcionários, a limpeza e o espaço super clean, tudo bem organizado, piscina interior fantástica

Cons:

A única coisas que achei menos boa era as almofadas seres muito moles mas tem sempre la umas mais duras e o facto de ser cama twin as vezes é desconfortável

Só gostei do atendimento. Os empregados são simpáticos.

Cons:

As condições do SPA péssimas. Sem cacifos em condições para deixar qualquer coisa, a maioria com as portas partidas e quando pedi na recepção um cadeado para poder fechar um dos cacifos que estivesse em condições, não tinham para me fornecer e disseram que tinha de ter levado um comigo. Nada que tivesse à espera de um hotel de 4 estrelas. O aquecimento também não funcionava decentemente em todo o hotel e chegamos a sentir frio durante as duas noites que passamos no hotel.
