Low Budget Hotel für short trips whith underground comfort but good breakfast
Pros:

Central location within walking distance of the Piazza or the Merkato (about 15 minutes each)
Spacious suite with an open-concept kitchen, large bathroom, and separate bedroom.
The mattress is firm but comfortable for me.
Good, varied breakfast (including fresh omelets, fruit, vegetables, salads, granola, hot dishes, juice, cake, bread, etc.) on the top floor (13th floor) with a 270-degree view of the surrounding construction sites.

Cons:

I can't understand the good ratings of this hotel. The airport pickup was forgotten despite a written request and confirmation. After a reminding call and another 45min a driver showed up in a completely run-down small car Other hotels pick up guests in representaitive minibuses.
The hotel is in a dilapidated state; it has obviously not been renovated, either inside or out, for at least 30 years. The pictures on the internet are misleading. The hotel is located in an unattractive construction area.. Consequently, there is constant noise and increased nuisance from exhaust fumes from generators and trucks until 3.00pm at night.
The hotel bill must be paid fully in advance. Thus, no possibility of a refund for deficiencies or a last-minute departure.
Additional fee for early check-in and late check-out is charged, amounting to approximately two-thirds of the daily room rate Payment is accepted only in cash or by VISA; the terminal did not accept Eurocard.
The room/suite is showing its age. Gray curtains, gray walls, loose faucet in the sink, dresser not levelled, so some drawers stay open all the time. Little natural light throughout the suite, as the dark curtains cannot be pulled very far to the sides of the windows and the windows are tinted. The TV is not working. Only cold and not drinking water in the bathroom and the shower. Thus you need a lot of bottled water for tooth brushing. Several Internet cuts for more than 30min a day. The reception staff are overly friendly but dismissive when complaints are raised. Everyone pretends they’re going to do something about it, but nothing ever happens

Cons:

Hotel informeerde me dat er een auto klaar zou staan om me op te halen van het vliegveld. Bovendien gaven ze een telefoon nummer en WhatsApp nummer. De auto stond er niet en kwam pas een uur later aan. Intussen bleek het telefoon/WhatsApp nummer onbereikbaar.

Great staff, good location, good food and the views are spectacular!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, good variety of dishes, but what made it great was the staff, after a couple of days they remembered my name and my preferences. The manager, Joseph did an outstanding job.

Cons:

It was beyond their control, there was construction with heavy machinery going on at all hours of the day and night. They need more staff in the evenings, as the restaurant and bar gets really busy. One evening, the restaurant had to close, but they reopened in the AM, however, they should have notified the guests.
