All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and make sure we were taken care of. We got exceptional service all the way from the front desk to the dining lounge, the breakfast buffet all of it.
I like that the property had a restaurant had a lounge in a lot of areas where you can just go and relax and get a nice coffee get a drink and everybody was just so special is fantastic

There is mold everywhere in this hotel. Stay far away. Mold is dangerous and causes illness. The building infrastructure is old and crumbling.

We had a wonderful experience at Monarc Hotel on the 13th floor while celebrating our son’s graduation. The staff were exceptionally professional, kind, and attentive, making the entire event smooth and memorable. The venue was very beautifully arranged, and the table setup was elegant and well-organized, creating a perfect atmosphere with the best view of the city for such a special occasion. Everything was handled with great care and attention to detail. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend Monarc Hotel for any special event.
They have wonderful music, great food, fun atmospheric, and decent quality rooms in the middle of Piassa. I love coming here to Monarch Park View!
Basically i liked everything, the staffs were really amazing. Like to thank all from reception to bars. Specially the mar manager and cocktail bar guy were super cool. Sure to visit one more time
