J’ai apprécié la propreté de l’hôtel ainsi que le travail des femmes de chambre. Un grand merci à Zineb, Salwa et Maymouna pour leur gentillesse, leur professionnalisme et leur excellent travail.
J’ai été déçu par l’accueil à la réception. Les explications fournies n’étaient pas toujours claires et le personnel ne prenait pas suffisamment le temps de renseigner les clients.
Team was very friendly and the facility was clean , I would like to especially thank, Zeinab , salamate and maymouna from the cleaning crew for their effort
The security staff were very friendly and helpful, reception was fine, and breakfast was average. The view from the room was very beautiful.
Mixed experience overall. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor, and housekeeping was inconsistent.
I would not recommend the bungalows. The Superior Rooms are spacious and much better, although the cleaning could be improved.
When our flight was delayed, the hotel wanted to charge nearly three times the average hotel rate in the area for an extra night, so we decided to stay elsewhere for our final night.

Tout était vraiment top du top ! Le personnel a été d'une gentillesse incroyable et a vraiment bien pris soin de nous tout au long du séjour. Un accueil et un service irréprochables qui donnent envie de revenir.

L'emplacement c ma 4 ème visite je suis très content personnel agréable la réception surtout le chef de réception et son équipe l'équipe de la restauration et surtout hassan et service housekeeping et surtout fouzia ils sont très professionnels et très accueillons et l'écoute bravo

On a séjourné dans cet hôtel pour la deuxième fois, tout était bien, le petit déjeuner est toujours copieux, le personnel est très accueillant et serviable, je remercie également le staff de nettoyage ghizlane et lamiae.

Ho soggiornato presso l’Farah Tanger e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente.
La colazione è uno dei punti di forza: ricca, varia e di grande qualità, con ampia scelta tra dolci, frutta fresca, macedonia e piatti tipici marocchini. Tutto sempre fresco e ben presentato.
L’hotel si trova leggermente fuori dal centro, ma offre un comodissimo servizio taxi gratuito che accompagna gli ospiti dove desiderano, rendendo gli spostamenti semplici e piacevoli.
Le camere sono dotate di tutti i comfort, con acqua in bottiglia sempre disponibile e bollitore con tè e caffè. Ottimo anche il servizio in camera: abbiamo ordinato più volte (pizza, zuppa di mare, ecc.) trovando prezzi convenienti e una qualità davvero sorprendente.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Fatne- Nassima, Azzedine _ Anas (tra cui credo la direttrice), sempre gentili, disponibili e altamente professionali: la loro attenzione al cliente fa davvero la differenza.
