Il personale non rispondeva ai messaggi su Booking app. Volevo che loro preparassero la mia camera con i fiori perché eravamo nuovi sposi, ma nessuno rispondeva e quando eravamo lì dicevano che non riuscivano a prepararla perché non hanno letto il mio messaggio.🙁

• Chambre : Zineb un grand merci pour la propreté irréprochable et ton aide pour notre petite fille que nous avons très apprecié.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

La femme de chambre, Lémine, était d’une grande gentillesse et toujours très serviable. D’ailleurs, l’ensemble du personnel, que ce soit à la réception, à la piscine ou au restaurant, était vraiment adorable, attentionné et disponible.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à vous ! ❤️

Séjour moyen au vu des prestations du logement
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, vu sur mer magnifique, 3 piscines disponibles.

Cons:

Le logement, très mauvaise finition, la table était cassé, le rideau sale et le plan de travail abîmé, le canapé était cassé et pour finir les cartes fonctionnaient pas donc on était obligé de partir à l’accueil pour réactiver.

BUNGALO IS VERSCHRIKKELIJK!!

uitzicht op zee,en de Manager Anas,en het personeel bij de receptie waren heel vriendelijk,en probeerde naar oplossing te zoeken om mijn negatieve ervaring ivm mijn verblijf in de bungalo te compenseren,vooral Anas de Manager kon situatie toch nog een positieve draai geven!waarvoor dank

heel de bungalo viel bijna uit elkaar,de airco lekte liters water,wc was verstopt,muziek stond bij de bar zo hard dat je niet kan slapen,terwijl er NIEMAND bij bar stond te drinken,ZWEMBAD-TEGELS KWAMEN LOS!en er wordt ook niet goed gepoets(hoekjes vol haren en vuil)TOTAAL NIET DE PRIJS WAARD WAT MEN BETAALD VOOR EEN 5STERREN-HOTEL,om eerlijk te zijn is dit een 2sterren bungalo,de andere kamers in het hotel zijn WEL GOED,maar het is GEEN 5STERREN-HOTEL,KAMERS 4STERREN,BUNGALO 2.5STER.
