Quand j'ai réservé cet hôtel, il y avait un spa en photo. A mon arrivée il était en travaux, et le personnel de l'hôtel considérait que c'était à Booking de m'informer. Les photos étaient encore là le jour de mon arrivée. L’hôtel les a supprimées de Booking le soir même. C'est malhonnête, et je considère avoir été trompé par l'hôtel qui n'a pas voulu rembourser. Alors j'ai quitté l'hôtel Farah pour un autre hôtel voisin - bien mieux- Idou Mabalata.

Lovely hotel, great views and food.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with a great view of the water. The breakfast was immense and the reception and staff were all very friendly.

Cons:

The spa was not available unfortunately and there were some issues with the villa we had booked and the heating in the room but the staff worked hard to fix this it and it was eventually resolved satisfactorily.

تجربة جميله.
Pros:

النظافة والراحه والمساحه الواسعه ووجود شرفه مع اطلاله وتعامل الموظفين وحراس الامن رائع.

Cons:

حجزي كان نوع بنغل بعد بوصولي افادوني بانه شاليه بجانب مبنى الفندق الرئيسي ولكن وصوله لبعد المسافة وكثرة الدرج سواء طلوع او نزول تحت المطر ، طلبت تعديل الحجز الى غرفة داخل الفندق وافتدوا بعدم توفر غرف شاغره بالفندق حالياً ، ولكن عرضوا علي شاليه اخر بمكان قريب جداً من المواقف واشكر الموظفين على تعاملهم مع الموقف.
