Pros:

Super lokalita přímo v historickém centru, kousíček od náměstí, hrad vzdálen cca 5-10 min chůze. Pokoj na přespání dostačující.

Cons:

V koupelně to trošku smrdělo zatuchle, nicméně tu jednu noc se dalo vydržet.

J’ai aimé l’emplacement, idéal pour visiter le cœur de Cracovie.
L’appartement était vaste.

Cons:

La salle de bain n’était pas accueillante, pas de savon ni de gel douche, nous avons dû demander du papier toilette car le rouleau était pratiquement terminé. Aucun couverts dans la cuisine, le frigo n’était pas branché.
Du laissé allé dans les parties communes.

Pros:

Lo mejor es el personal y la ubicación. Está justo al lado de la plaza del mercado.

Cons:

No hay persianas en las ventanas y el estor es como un visillo. Ahora en verano amanece cerca de las 4:30 de la madrugada y con la luz que entra por las ventanas se hace difícil dormir. Con una cortina opaca sería suficiente

Pros:

I was traveling through from Ukraine to Norway and needed a place for the night. This was a very nice and clean hotel in the center of the old town without a reception, with friendly service upon arrival. The room was clean, the bed was absolutely great. The price was right on target. I had a view of the street, but I didn't think the noise was bothersome. The only thing I missed was a blackout curtain. Thanks for the good service. I know what to choose next time!

Nice and clean room but too much street noise.
Pros:

Fantastic location, nice room with authentic decoration, feels homey. Very clean. Easy access with fob key. The windows can be opened.

Cons:

Lots of noise at night despite double windows and earplugs. Didn’t get much sleep as it went on till 2-3 am. The curtains are very thin so I woke up at 5am due to the sunlight on my face; not as romantic as it sounds. Staff was friendly but at the same time treated me more as a logistical issue than as a guest (they phoned me at the airport to ask how late I would arrive, before they handed me the keys they asked me how late I would depart, they let me know they expect me to leave a small tip alongside the keys, and didn’t have restaurant recommendations except for their own). It certainly wasn’t unfriendly but it wasn’t friendly either. Could be a bit in the culture though which seems more distant than I am used to.

החדר ללא מיזוג אוויר וללא בידוד רעש, על מנת לאוורר את החדר יש צורך לפתוח חלון והרעש מבחוץ הוא מאוד חזק כמעט כל הלילה

Zum schlafen reichts.
Pros:

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist gut, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenster in Richtung Hof, daher war es Nachts trotzdem ruhig.

Cons:

Check-In funktionierte nicht. Obwohl wir die ungefähre Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt haben (ca 19:30, nothing fancy) standen wir vor verschlossener Türe. Klingeln und Anrufe bei der hinterlegten Telefonnummer blieben unbeantwortet. Wir wurden dann vom Laden Betreiber im selben Haus hineingelassen. Das Zimmer selbst war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und alles war etwas verstaubt.

Centralissimo e superbamente tenuto

Posizione superlativa. Molto carina la stanza. La proprietaria ci ha accolti un pò prima dell’orario di check in e si è adoperata in diretta per gli ultimi dettagli

Cons:

Siamo entrati nel palazzo non perché hanno risposto al campanello (nonostante ci fosse qualcuno), ma perché è uscita una signora dal palazzo. Nessuno ha risposto neppure al campanello della porta. Solo telefonando ci hanno aperto. Ciò che viene definito reception per me non funziona così e il primo ingresso non sempre fila liscio, anche se è vero che non abbiamo seguito alla lettera le indicazioni ricevute, perché abbiamo approfittato della signora che usciva. Dopo tutto ok
