Please note that the hotel restaurant is closed on Wednesdays. If you book half board and stay on a Wednesday, dinner will be credited back to you. On Wednesdays the hotel can recommend other restaurants in Bruck and make a table reservation for you.

In winter the hotel restaurant is closed on Wednesdays.

In summer the à la cartè restaurant is closed on sunday.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Pros:

Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man konnte direkt vor Ort die Skipässe kaufen. Die Zimmer waren ruhig und sauber. Von den anderen Gästen hat man nichts gehört.

Cons:

Wenn man nicht zwischen 7 und 7:30 gefrühstückt hat, war das Beste vom Buffet schon weg und es wurde nur zögerlich aufgefüllt. In der Dusche war der Wasserdruck zu gering.

Příjemné ubytování, dobré jídlo.
Pros:

Milý personál, ochota pomoci a předat informace o možnostech v místě, dobré jídlo, pohodlné a bezplatné parkování. Večer možnost využití sauny. Před hotelem zastávka skibusu.

Celkově jsme byli velmi spokojeni.
Pros:

Lokalita pěkná. Snídaně dobré, všeho dostatek. Večeře perfektní, vše velmi chutné. Personál velice vstřícný, přátelský.

Cons:

V inzerci byla uvedena posilovna a sauna. Posilovnu jsme neobjevili a sauna byla velmi omezená.

Fijn hotel en personeel in restaurant erg lief, gezellig. Goeie service

Cons:

Infraroodcabine bleek alleen rode lamp te zijn. Gelukkig werkte de sauna wel erg goed

Great hotel, perfect for skiing
Pros:

We had an awesome stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, you can tell they really care about their guests. The location is perfect if you’re here to ski, the skibus stop is literally 50 meters away, and it takes you straight to Zell am See or Kaprun.

The food was honestly the highlight. For the price, it was amazing. The sauna was basic but completely enough.

Overall, great value, super convenient for skiing, and the food alone makes it worth it. Would 100% come back.

Pros:

location, room size, friendly like family staff, nice selection of food for dinner and top quality, sauna, room was always verz nicely cleaned, knowledge of english langueage of the staff was a big plus as our german is low level

Cons:

all was pretty much good
only i prefere a harded bed but that is my preference, and our nextdoor neighbour snored way too loud every night :))

Nettes kleines Hotel in hübschem Ort
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, die Chefin hat sich Zeit genommen und Wanderungen empfohlen - die Schwalbenwand wären wir sonst nie gegangen und die Aussicht war wirklich spektakulär.
Sehr angenehm und ausreichend die inkludierte Sauna - man musste nur Bescheid geben, dann wurde sie eingeschaltet.
Frühstück hat auch gepasst, sehr gutes Vollkornbrot und eine große Auswahl an hochwertigen Tees.
Bruck finde ich besser als Zell am See oder Kaprun, ist authentisch und nicht so touristisch.
Hatten eine tolle Erntedank-Veranstaltung direkt unter unserem Balkon.
Zur Kitzlochklamm 15 Minuten mit dem Auto, in der Gästekarte dabei und sehr beeindruckend, andere Attraktionen der Gästekarte sind leider weiter weg...

Cons:

Die Betten waren etwas weich und im Bad waren die Fliesen kalt, das war etwas ungemütlich an den Füßen. Im Sommer wäre das aber kein Problem.

Pros:

Wir haben gut geschlafen und gut gegessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und das Hotelrestaurant ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Beim Kaffee könnte man noch etwas nach justieren. Der war extrem dünn.
